Food was mostly good, except the soba which was rather normal. Scallop wrapped with beef was especially tasty. Service was attentive accompanied by a relaxed and chill ambience.
food was good but after services was lousy. was told that we could sign up for free membership to accumulate points. we did but till now we have not received any email confirmation or call from them to confirm the membership status. so disposing with their services and will not recommend friends to go there for meals
As with my previous visits, the ala carte food is fresh and excellent. Service also tops. Waiting time long although we were the first customers. Our meal took 1 hr 45 mins to finish. Of course, at a premium price for excellent food and service.
The fresh sashimi and sushi is the main reason we love going to Keyski. However we'd be remiss if we did not also mention the impeccable service and attention to detail of the waiters and servers.
Food quality is excellent, dish was at its freshest but price on the high side. Ambience satisfactory, service is excellent. Overall, an excellent dining place if one can afford it. Otherwise a place for dining on special occasions (e.g birthdays, anniversaries, etc). The cost for my ala carte dinner was $800+ for 2 pax, including a bottle of sake costing $150.
Place was good, great ambience. The beef is a must to have, grilled or teppanyaki style. Nice place to bring family with kids lots of space to let the kids roam around.
Good customer service and food is my bad for lunch
Unique dishes. Lots of variety. Set meals are available. Nice environment inside and outside the restaurant. The fish pond outside the restaurant is very soothing to look at.
The sushi at Keyaki was fresh, clean and elegantly presented. We enjoyed the meal and the service was top-notch. There was a very slight glitch (we had ordered two salads, but only one was presented). The staff apologised profusely, charged us only for one salad, and then presented us with another salad "on the house". I look forward to returning to Keyaki for the fresh food and warm service.
Spacious, quiet, attentive service staff, and a private and beautiful Japanese garden located just beside the restaurant but still within its overall premises. Food is good.
Limited menu. Presentation of food is so-so. Very expensive, have eaten nicer food elsewhere at a lower price. Ambience is good. Service is good. Probably won't return.
As always, excellent food and service. Lovely Japanese garden and koi pond. Special requests accommodated graciously, much appreciated.
1. Additional order d id not arrive and need to be reminded 2. Teppanyaki dishes served at ala carte table were cold. 3. I have not been to Keyaki for sometimes and was disappointed in comparison to before. 4. Though I have mentioned through phone to reconfirm and have advise that it is my wife birthday, there were no gesture at all.
The grilled items (cod fish) and sashimi and sushi were very good and fresh. But the teppanyaki dishes were disappointing; something was lacking in the taste and the restaurant forgot about our teppanyaki order so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes.
quite disappointing food was nothing fantastic nor superior spent more than $1,000 for 5 sets meal nice ambience but will not recommend as value for money
The ambience is great, especially when you are walking towards the restaurant. Service is great. Food choices are rather limited. Presentation of food is so-so. Quite surprised that they used crab-meat stick in my Chirashi sushi. Had eaten better Japanese food elsewhere at lower prices too! Would probably not return.
Poor service. Nice view and food is average at best. Overall rating is a 2 based on the price and value for money. Not going to go back again.
Poor service ( waitress kept trying to sell us add ons ) Also was told that we were going to get a free valet over the phone if we spent above a hundred and fifty but in the end was apparently supposed to be $300 Food is ok but a little pricey
Mediocre Japanese cuisine. With the price I'm paying, I'm expecting better and fresher quality ingredients. Service was polite but slow. Best thing for the night was just the fried rice, which was not worth shouting about either. Disappointment.
My second visit in a week. Great food, fresh sashimi and wagyu beef was excellent. Service staff was polite and attentive. My next visit will be at the teppanyaki section.
we would like to visit again to have best teppan yaki in Singapore. the best place to have lunch or dinner with clients in business casual situation.
Impeccable service and excellent food. Definitely visiting Keyaki again in near future.
Attentive service but mains arrived so quick and the rice took so long that the food got cold but they promptly heated the food up again.
Generally a place for good food. Price abit at the high side for lunch! Dinner should be a great place to dine in. Overall good!
A little busy but a very good experience as usual
This place is Great as usual ! Service and food are top notch
