Like their lobster porridge, soup is sweet and lobster is meat texture is just right. And their cai po tofu also very nice.
Great food, great taste, great value! The pig trotter Thai style and fish with mint sauce were very good.
Short waiting time and food was good. Not all waitresses were friendly though and they could do with more smile and cheer.
regular diner for over 15 years. 2 thumbs up highly recommended
Ordered their lunch set which is value for money and their food portion is quite generous too.
Food was nice and enjoyable esp the pork knuckle. Staff and manager friendly. Will definitely return.
Wonderful fresh seafood and other dishes. Attentive service and friendly staff.
Great food. Value for money. Attentive staff. Highly recommended. Good service.
Fuss free reservation and was given a private room without requesting . Big servings of food especially the cod fish . Will defintiely go again 😀
Food was very good and the waitresses were very friendly and attentive! My family enjoyed the dinner!
The supervisor Kelvin is very courteous & helpful, I am happy with his service.
Attentive waitresses. Food servings were big. Pretty delicious. Value for money.
Great food. Good service. Ambience ok. Plenty of car park.
Food was nice and fresh! My family members enjoyed it,especially the elderly.Timing to serve food just nice and staff were efficient and polite too. Will come back for more.
Food pretty good. Tea lousy. Service is crude. Aircon area too noisy, but there is option to sit outdoors, so choose between noise vs heat. A bit on the more expensive side of zhichar.
I felt that dishes were towards the sweet side. But service is good, service staff were trying their best despite the crowd and pricing is reasonable
Great place to have nice fresh seafood. Value for money.
I have no comments and overall is acceptable. Anyway hope to dine in again. Will recommend more friends, relatives to be there again and again
Great food and prompt service despite being quite full. The food proportions for all the dishes is also just nice. Will recommend their CNY menu.
Slow service for the last dish(dessert), asked a 4-5 waiter/waitress for the last dish, might be due to festive season/ peak hour. Other than the service the food is good.
Ordered the new year set meal. Overall the quality is good but portion small. Well, just nice and don’t over eat during the festive season.
The online reservation is so convenient! Have been dining at this restaurant for so many years. Food quality and quantity is just right for us.
Value for money. Food is good but service can be better
Mid range priced food. Service is so so. Don’t expect much
Service and food both is great. Pricing reasonable and will be back
3rd or 4th visit here. Excellent wine selection. Only from Australia and as I understand, the wines you get here are not sold anywhere else in Singapore.
Good food. Taste good. Too few tables in air conditioned premise. Reasonable priced with many varieties of Chinese and teochew cuisine, suitable for young and old.
Went there to celebrate my Father's Birthday. The food was really good, especially the longevity noodles and homemade beancurd, which were savoury and not too overly salty.
Reasonably priced Chinese food with good service and pleasant ambience. Crowded on weekends but okay on weekdays. Recommend the cod fish pan fried and eggplant dish.
Food is amazing and at very reasonably price points. Highly recommend! If you're coming here on weekends, please be sure to make a reservation cause they can be pretty crowded!
Good variety of food and service is nice. Price can be lower though. At the same time, booked ahead but it was so popular that interior seats are fully occupied
Restaurant is quite popular on Sunday evening. Sour and sweet pork tastes nice. Fish and crab slightly over cooked. Variety of starters is very good.
Decent and affordable chinese food. A variety of choices and have vegetarian options as well! Friendly staff and quick service, didnt have to wait long for most food. will definitely visit again.
Good quality food as always. This is our go-to place for family gatherings. There was a 15% discount for ala carte items at Lunch which was a bonus.
Great food across various dishes at decent prices , attentive staff that refilled your tea swiftly, They allowed the use of favpay which give you 10% cashback rebate for next visit!
Food was good yet low price. Especially the cai po tofu and chestnut chicken which is not in the menu but recommended by the staff.
Quite disappointed. Should have call in and reserve crabs in advance. Seem like they don't have spare crab to sell. 😏 However, service was good.
Nice restaurant and friendly on the wallet. Live seafood available.
Food good, not fantastic , but price is on the high side. Service was good, staff attentive. May come again to give another try .
Ambience was fine. Reservation for 11pax got us a private room (much appreciated) There was an event for 7-8 tables and it got rather noisy. But being in the room meant less attention? Food was started after much prompting. And they started with the longevity noodles... isn’t that the last dish before dessert? Overall service & kitchen can definitely improve. Food wise, fish ($138) and seasonal starter were exceptionally well done. The rest, noodles, pork rib, asparagus, prawn, beancurd were average. Duck was rather heavily sodium, vs spinach soup barely registered a note. Overall value for money.
Good. Will come again in the near future. Nice food.
Nice food. Serving size is just nice. Prompt service for lunch. Will come again.
A very cosy restaurant. Expecting more stock on crabs. The cooking style for black pepper and salted egg are quite good. More sauce will be better.
Food were tasty and worth the price. Customer service can be improved. Ambience was good. Recommend to go on weekdays. Take note that every person will be charged for tea and wet tissue even toddler.
Decent variety and quality of food.. Customer service was good.. though the miserably small wraps for suckling pig pieces were quite amusing to look at..
Good experience for the food as well as customer service
My third visit this year. Will definitely visit again. This time was to celebrate my brother in law birthday, we were recommended to try the Pipa Duck which is not in the menu, it were surprisingly yummy! We also ordered black pepper crabs, chili crabs, lala, cereal prawn, Qing long vege, crispy baby squid, prawn roll, fried rice, orh nee! Really enjoyed each and every dish. Service was great too!
Good place to eat casual chinese food at a resonaable price. Service was as usual as a diner resturant, pretty avearge as other chinese themed resturants.
Great local zhi char food! All of us enjoyed the very tasty and well delivered food. The fried bee Hoon, cai por tofu, eggplant were all awesome!
This is not the first time we went there as it was highly recommend by my wife mum. Food are as good as the last time I ate there, would like to comment on their crab porridge, if possible, please be less salty in future. Staffs are all super attentive and helpful. Highly recommended place to go especially if there is family reunion.
