Awesome food ... enjoyed the huge tasty and greasy crabs. Always my favorite place for large crabs and fresh seafood. House of Seafood doesn’t disappoint.
Quite well organised. Called ahead of time. Flexible as well. Crowded most of the time. Relatively long wait if you did not make a reservation
The restaurant did not have my Quandoo reservation, this is the 2nd time i use Quandoo to reserve table, but both times they do not have my reservation record. Luckily both time there were table available for us. The restaurant staffs are very attentive and helpful. Food is really good.
The food is good, but as the crowd grows, getting basic service and attention drops to almost zero. Well, it's a weekend and this place has the most business among the other seafood places!
The crab wasn’t up to expectation. Crab wasn’t that fresh. Chilli crab gravy not up to standard. Was disappointed on the overall experience. But service was good.
This restaurant serves really good seafood and zi char dishes. The only bad point is its location, where you definitely need to have your own transport or else you end up waiting really long for Grab/Taxis!
The Black Pepper Crabs were delicious and service is good, only that they didn't have my Quandoo reservation in their system, lucky they have table for us.
Food is nice and have many choices of cooking for the crab, the environmental is good and will be back again if there a chance
Food is always good. Just a little pricey, thanks to FAVE. Service can be improved still. Love the fried rice and crab with noodle soup.
Crabs are very fresh and food is good esp the black pepper crabs. Very worth it with the voucher. However, there is a housefly flying around the food on our table, which is very annoying.
Lost count of how many times I have been here. Food was delicious as usual. Service was also prompt and good. Price is a little steep but what you are paying is quality.
Very good place. Great food and affordable prices. Best pepper crab in Singapore . Highly recommended. Service was fast and on time. Reservations made via Quandoo worked perfectly
Visiting twice a week recently...Overall is ok, but the taste cane be different of one same vegetables dish Kang Kong.. Love the crabs, of chili Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Salted Egg Crab, Salted Egg is the best!!
Food is a little pricey, but worth every cent paid in terms of quality and service! Particularly enjoyed the meat, and the crab was the biggest we had ever eaten in our lives.
Very nice and fresh seafood. Recommend all to try the the different cooking styles of their crab. Salted egg yoke and butter crab taste best.
This is the fourth time I am visiting this place. Standard of food still the same. Their seafood are fresh and delicious. Orders a garoupa cooked in HK style and 3 crabs (chilli, butter and salted egg yoke).
The Chili crab is fantastic and the service was very good and fast. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I will recommend to others.
Food was good. I particularly like the Signature pork ribs. Service was good and fast. Restaurant should provide aprons, seafood picks, hawkers gloves and serviettes for their customers.
Poor service (gave several reminders to waitresses to serve the drinks we ordered); and 7 out of 10 dishes have already turned cold when served. It is definitely not worth the money spent!! My family and I were very disappointed and would not go back again.
Food service was quick, food was good, service was generally good. On the flip side, lots of flies, environment very noisy, food portion was small which made thw meal expensive even with discount coupons.
Crabs were gd quite authentic n really hot...not that sort of saltiness in other places, it was Sspicy hot in original form, however place was a bit smelly and staff had body odour.
One of the worst places I’ve ever been to! Insect infested place even inside the air conditioned area, service is slow and the food is way below average for the price!!
Overall, food is good. Salad prawn a little too salty, masterpiece is a little too loud for use since crab shells are thick and hard. Huge houseflies kept coming to attack our food. Seating arrangement seems too cozy. Big room for improvement!
the coffee pork rib is over cook. not nice. the black pepper crab is good the chilli crab meat is not solid but the gravy is nice.
Service was not as good as before. Ordered 4 bowls of rice and had to remind twice for the rice before it was served to us
Service was slow, there were SO MANY houseflies even in air con area, the food was not very nice, portions were small and if not for the voucher we would’ve spent almost $500 on such a meager meal. Really disappointing.
Food is ok and tasty service is good also. but Distance between table is too near and toilet is man and lady together. It seems only one toilet. and we bump to one man wt bare foot in the toilet we his shirt doenst buttoned up. I believe he is one of stuff thought it is not very nice to see.
Excellent food. The best Sri Lankan crab I’ve had in Singapore. Very fresh. Kangkong belachan was also very good. I took off one star because of the crab cracking tool. It is very badly tooled and I got a big metal splinter in my finger from using it.
First visit to this branch. Love the environment especially for kids. Service rather slow on busy weekends. The bill for our family of 4 adults and 2 young kids cane to nearky $300, probably because we had 3 crab dishes.
It is very worthy to use the fave coupon, value at $200 and bought for less than $100. The location at punggol settlement is quiet and not too crowded during weekday evening. However, the cleanliness is rather bad as there are many flies flying around. Also, there was a strand of hair in our dish, when we enquire - the waitress actually use her hand to pick it up -.-" Cannot complain if we are paying half price I guess.
Crabs were rather pricey; order of 2 crabs came to about $240 even though we requested for the smaller sized ones. Saving grace was the Black Pepper Crab, which was outstanding with its rich piquant caramelized sauce. Service staff were polite and dirty plates changed promptly. Main gripe was that they took 20 minutes to get a staff to take our order, which to me was not quite pleasant start to my dining experience. We also ordered dessert but were not informed promptly that one of our items was not available. Wasted another 25-30 minutes waiting. Overall food was acceptable but rest of dining experience not something I'd like to repeat.
We went for the dim sum buffet and it tasted horrible.. it was also self service and not all items were ready when we reached. Left a really bad impression for us and now my husband refuses to try dim sum at any random restaurant..
Everything is good, and no more any complainings. Thanks for the good service. I will strongly recommend to my friends about this restaurant and I think that this restaurant is the best of the best seafood restaurants in Singapore.
Food is well presented. Quality is good. Service is prompt
Seating arrangement a bit squeeze. Food wasn’t up to our expectations. Better to order ala carte rather than set menu. Luckily the steamed fish we ordered was good.
The black pepper crab is very good and different from elsewhere. Nice surroundings, can take a walk near the beach after you feast on crabs and seafood feast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Service is good, all the food is nice. Only downside is when you sit outdoor, the houseflies keep attacking. The food is worth the money.
The food is very nice and the waiting time is very reasonable, considering that the restaurant was almost fully booked on that day. The only thing I want to highlight is that the tables are too closely packed . There is hardly any space to walk.
Food was fine. Cleanliness and ambient was a bad experience. House flies and fruit flies roaming around aircon indoor! New cutlery and eating utensils are not properly washed with food staines. However, waitress were friendly.
There were no host to ask for your preference of ala carte or dimsum buffet. We had to serve ourselves. Food portion was limited and had to refill countless of times. Went on a weekday and therefore had fewer people eating.
food is Ok but a bit pricey, portion not very big.
Nice environment. Crab is nice but expensive 1kg $65.. other side dish is expensive too.. will only recommend if you have luxury budget.. spend $308 on 2 crab and other M size dishes..
The actual start time is 11.30am instead of the 11am. The restaurant seem to be understaffed.
Had total 10kg of Excellent crabs. Friendly and energetic service staff. Had fun singing karaoke while having crabs. We would definitely return soon for more!
The Black Pepper crab is very flavourful and taste great. Other dishes are good as well. Will definitely visit again to try the chilli crab.
A great place for seafood lovers with affordable pricing. Outdoor seating is available where you can relax and have your dinner while enjoy the great view of the seaside.
Price is on the high side, food is pretty good. good sea side dining location. 10 pax on average cost around 600-800 depending on no. of crabs.
crowded but good food. crab was done well. will go again..
The food and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and suitable for our family birthday celebration. Overall, good dinner that we had. Really enjoyed
Seafood tower experience was pleasant. So much food that it's difficult to choose what to eat! Must make sure you have enough people to share the feast. One thing though is some items are a little overcooked since everything is steamed at the same time.
