Service was alright and food is quite tasty! Super love the big fat oysters. Slurp
So many drinks variety , so innovative. I like the ambience. The food is yummy. So nice to sit and relax
food portions kinda small but service was not bad, more of pub vibes very different from the capitol one truffle fries are yum
we scored a table for 4 inside. the food was great as usual :) we tried the plum fries, which were fab. the duck pizza was dish of the night. and the fish and chips were substantial & well fried. very crunchy! can’t wait to be back
Waited veryyyyy long for our food. Food was good though, but still…
Best cocktails in town. Love this place. Food is also great and they have nice outdoor seating also
Super nice place with a very awesome vibe! Loved the drinks and special creations which are great at happy hour prices
The food was super good! Very value for money with burpple 1-for-1
Great place and atmosphere. Especially the outdoor seating. But the service was somehow neglected due to the space.
All the food and drinks are absolutely on point. Best place for fresh big juicy oysters!
Nice place. My friends and I enjoyed the place. Thank you.
Cocktails as good as ever. Outdoor seats are always the best just missing the live band
yum cocktails, super cute spot, nice vibes to chill at
Lovely place to chill over sunset. Very interesting drinks and food’s yummy too! Enjoyed ourselves on a weekday evening, will be back again.
Interesting cocktails worth trying. Food menu is extensive. Good service!
Oysters were really fresh and big. More worth than Tanuki raw. Hot cocktail not something for me. Pizza duck was good
always a great experience at hopscotch, I love their inventive cocktails!
love their inventive cocktails, food is great too! can't complain!
Lovely drinks and view. But had to wait for quite sometime for food to arrive as it was a busy night. Servers were very helpful.
Good food, but better cocktails! Love the edible ones too.
It was a pleasant evening and the vibe of the place was chill and vibrant at the same time. The staff were quite accomodating of our requests and were adequately attentive even though they had several tables to wait. I would say the only minus for the evening would be the waiting time for the food, but I understand from various other reviews that this is to be expected. Thanks Hopscotch, we'll be back!
A great place to chill out. Food is nice and sheltered all the way from mrt. Will be back!
Alright, but the service gets compromised when the crowd gets bigger.
Nice food and innovative drinks. Good place to chill with friends.
The oysters was good! Big and fresh. Cocktails wise not really worth the money.
a great place to chill for the night and can stacked with entertainer
Love the atmosphere there! Food was great and staff were friendly too!
Nice place to chill with friends and try interesting cocktails. Do try to make it for the happy hour.
very relax in open dining area seated a an old school bench
They have interesting cocktail options. I was pleasantly surprised by the hot cocktail, made using chicken essence. It was surprisingly nice
Awesome food as always, great for a chill night out!
I would hope to go back here sometime next times. Great place for first dates
Very nice atmosphere with yummy food. Good break from normal civilisation
Had a fun n enjoyable time. will go again. Thanks
Fully booked and crowded. So it’s a must to reserve before coming.
Food and cocktails were fabulous! Definitely worth a return visit
2nd visit to this branch. Came in a group of 5. Generally food here is better than the Capitol branch. Soups were very disappointing - watery mushroom and lobster bisque, served in rather small coffee cups. Meat dishes were great - beef, ribs, lamb. Cocktails were also unique and fun to try! Kudos to the service personnel who remembered each individual drink order! Atmosphere is lively but just too dark - can’t see our food when it gets late.
Love the atmosphere and the food! Will be back for more!
Good environment for dinner! Love their grilled oysters! Will come back again.
Interesting cocktails. Food was good but portion is quite small. Will return.
Great food and relaxing vibe. Lobster pasta was nice as always.
Chill venue. Lobster pasta was soooo good! Worth a rerun here!
I love their cocktails always innovative, they used to have weekday happy hour promotion before 8pm we get cheaper cocktail at lower price but they seem to change their menu this year when i last visited and no more happy hour price.
Staff was being kind and friendly. Helped to surprise my friend for her bday.
Average in terms of food taste. Cocktails range are wide and special. Lack of manpower. A few waiters and waitresses need to cover tables that spread across the whole area. Required some time for each request, although they have done their best. Dark, struggled to see what I was eating.
the food was amazingly good. found this place by chance when we were around hort park. the food blows my mind. love it!
nice place to chill with friends, I really like that cocktail. Enjoyed
We ordered a Hendrick’s Gin and Tonic and a Coke Zero for our drinks, and went with went with the XO Sticky Back Ribs and the Black Garlic Ribeye Steak for our mains. Shortly after we ordered, the staff came back to tell us that the waiting time for the food was going to be an hour which took us slightly aback, so we ordered a starter of onion rings, which they were nice enough to bring out in 10 minutes. The portion of the onion rings was generous to take care of two adult diners as we waited for our mains. The drinks came out soon after. They do have a happy hour; the Hendrick’s G&T is a premium pour. Our mains came out — not after an hour, but after 30 minutes — which all things considered, was a good outcome. The steak led the way. It was well prepared medium rare and presented tastefully on a flat, slate platter with a garlic mash and a mushroom ragout. The ribs came out a few minutes later. They were cooked beautifully – slightly crispy on the outside, and the meat fell off the bone with very little effort. It was slightly sweet without being overwhelmingly so. It was served with prawn crackers and Nonya achaar with a peanut sauce. Portions were generous. Hopscotch offers a nice place to dine when visiting the Gillman Barracks. Their alfresco area is huge and is dog friendly (we saw a table with a large dog). They keep their music at a decent level. Their service staff are friendly and attentive. This is a good place to have dinner after a tour of the barracks, particularly on a nice evening.
Ambience and food were good, service was a little lacking due to the way the tables were arranged
Nice vibes. Food was tasty. However a little inconvenient to get to but it’s probably the beauty of the place
