Good service and good food. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Long waiting time although we had a reservation. Also staff did not gave us a birthday cake although we did indicate we had a birthday celebration

had to wait >30 minutes upon arrival despite making a reservation (with priority queue). was a little disappointed with the staff service today as one of our soup base (chicken) tasted charred halfway through our meal - it was none of the ingredients that we put it which caused it. we didn’t order the hand-pulled noodles either. we told one of the service staff but he shrugged it off after mumbling that he can’t help it either - he proceeded to bring us our bill instead. I then proceeded to inform one of the managers on duty instead and after checking and confirmed that we did not order any noodles, he changed the entire soup base for us.

Food always good, service always top notch…Highly recommended always!!!

Tried some new food items, but not worth the price. Aircon was blowing on my left side that made my hand very cold, and restaurant was very noisy. However, service was consistently prompt and staff were all very friendly and polite, except the lady at the entrance. Due to reservation, we did not have to wait for very long, despite the massive crowd queueing. Overall, this visit was satisfactory and value for money, considering the great service.

HDL service was good and efficient . Love going to Century Square outlet.

Make reservations with priority, yet still have to wait for a while. Service standard of HDL not like before, no one offer to add coriander or spring onions, no intro of staff when handing over, rowdiness of staff when singing birthday song and no information on going promo till asked.

Except that was told that booking at quandoo still needs 30mins of waiting time, the staff was still nice to make things asap for us to go in. Everything else was good.

We visit this outlet often since it’s located in the east. The staff are pleasant and friendly and the food standards are more consistent! Their attention to detail is good, and even better if you visit during off peak hours.

Staff was very thoughtful and did very well. We felt that the space was clean, and very well maintained. The staff was also very generous and gave my friend two toys for her two kids, which was great!
