海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot - Sun Plaza

A very upsetting dining experience, apart from the food runner serving me my dishes, there was hardly any service provided to me. Even chopsticks were not given to me, such that I had to take chopsticks on my own from the boxes of chopsticks. If I could log in the staff account, I would be doing my bill myself.

Very disappointed with the service, not sure if it's because its chinese valentine day, but the host didn't bother getting us drinks and tidbits after we sat down. Had to get them ourself. Seems like all she care about was to give out queue numbers. Also, she told us it's a 30min wait but we waited close to an hour before she decided to check for us to see if our number have reached. Attitude was pretty bad. Not the first time at this outlet, but is the most disappointing. RN out of ice cream as well :( The only consolation prize for that day was that they gave all the ladies a small cute bouquet and the noodle guy were slightly friendlier.

they ran out of toys for the kids but at least there is still kids meal. overall dining experience still acceptable. they also provide carpark coupon

Haidilao never fail my tummy! Can eat all night long! Best place for supper hehe

Probably reservation time was early for dinner crowds. Food varieties differ from previous visit. Missed some of those that were removed. Service is good

The new soup - mala milk is good. But the service can be improved. As 1 server handled few table and the lady who served us might overwhelmed with other customer request.
