Good place, nice view, less crowd, no queue at all during my visit

Great service and ambience. Staff was attentive, friendly and gave a surprise celebration for my friend, even prepared a cake and fruit platter for her.

Managed to enter the restaurant right when we arrived there. There was still sufficient variety of condiments available considering it being a normal weekday.

service not up to standard as compared to other HDL shops. most requests are service self service. given a very warm seat, no Aircon ventilation. no freebies. no additional services.

Unable to book slots after 6.30pm. Had to wait quite long before we were seated.

It’s rather pointless to make a reservation since we can’t even enter the restaurant at the appointed time. Booked a table for 4 at 730pm. Arrived there and told me there is 15 tables in front of mine. Gave us a number but didn’t want to reveal what was the current table number being called. Asked about the average waiting time before our turn and waiter said 1.5h. We have a kids with us and can’t afford to wait so long. Disappointed and walked off to other restaurants. Called me at 9:10pm and said my table is ready. I would feel that if restaurant is unable to fulfil the time slot, it will be better not to open up reservation. What I observed is that they would always take in walk in customers at around 5-6pm (ofc it makes sense for biz) but by doing that, everyone has to wait. Not angry but just disappointed.

service standard dropped. staff can't see me raising hand and ask for help even she's looking in my direction. have to ask for help many times cause the noodles I asked to be serve was not serve even after I finished my meal.
