Price on the high side abit expensive. But seriously service was excellent

2nd visit to Haidilao. As it was a weekend, waiting time took abit longer as it was crowded. The food was fresh and the server was polite and pleasant.

We visited this outlet twice and both times left us feeling amazing. The first time the kids received a camera toy and the manager carried my kid to watch the chinese performance. This time we were with our friends and the kids enjoy the noodle performance very much.

The restaurant allows us in quickly and makes sure we get seated. Also pay attention to us to make sure that there’s someone serving us

The soup based is nice! The shrimp paste is a must order and the staff is always friendly!
