Waited for about 45mins to get our seats. Service staff was well trained. Could be more attentive but probably there were too many customers around.

Always a wait even when you make a booking. Staff here are also quite badly trained and the appetizer/sauce selection is the worst. No vinegar, no congee, extremely messy condiments station.

Very bad experience dining in hadilao, I think hadilao’s boss owes staff bonuses, pay, and allowances. All staff black faces and fierce tones, lose appetite when dining there.

As always , Hai di lao will have rather good service. The staff here prepared cake for my cousin as a surprise. And they serve whatever you need.
