Playroom for kids is very basic at the branch. Other than that, food is always nice and service is good!

Not as crowded as other days on a Sunday night. Food is nice as usual, plus point for this visit is really the crowd. Get to dine in a relatively quiet setting.

Would probably not go on a Friday night when they have lack of staff so every table seem to be fighting for attention from staff to get some service. Food wise still the same as per HDL standard. But since the outlet is the biggest, hopefully they are able to get more staff to attend to the tables.

Service was not as satisfactory due to manpower shortage. At the end of the meal, I waited more than 10 minutes after I handled my credit card for billing, and the reason was due to the staff charging the wrong bill to the wrong card.

I always enjoy the food and service at Clarke Quay branch. However, the refilling of beverages can be quite slow when they are busy.

Service was a bit slow on serving the dishes so we were just sitting looking at the soup boiling w nothing to put in for quite abit but probably because its peak lunch hour. After that it was prompt and staff were helpful. Food is great as usual.

Buffet is good, recommend to go here again. Price is not expensive

haha if go in the am, definitely it would a super quiet place to have supper. Many empty tables and you can enjoy the fastest service speed and served by many staff. The food at the counter seems to be not so fresh? as they are not frequently replenished. Thoug it is a little bit crazy to go at this timing.
