Food and service is really great! We went on a Saturday noon and it was quite busy. Although the waiter was not as attentive as usual, but the response is fast whenever we requested for something.

Service at Haidilao is always consistent and this branch is no exception :)

Busy Day as it was the New Years. Turns out we still had to wait over an hour despite this booking! But understandable as it was dinner and on the eve of new years!

Service wasnt fantastic at this outlet, sauce stations were far apart and I was placed at a corner where sauce station were closed. Wont go back to this outlet again

It’s Haidilao, quality is always great. Tried the new brown sugar fried rice cake, not bad but think it would be even nicer if it was cheese instead of brown sugar :)

Very disappointed experience. Was always greeted with good service when i has visited others HDL. no one bother to come and add soup even they can see that the soup was half gone. Firstly staff did not check on us. Overall staff there is a lack of enthusiasm and service and professionalism that the HDL brand usually has.

I was late and my party went in first. When I reached, I told them the table number and the waiter remembers my name - the name that was used to book the table. I like how the waiter takes the effort to remember names. It makes a huge a difference.

Food was good but service at the outlet was lean at lunch even though there weren’t many customers.

Manged to get a confirmed reservation through Quandoo. Very fast can go in.

Imagine having hotpot and the food arrived way before the soup. First time encountering this. The ice is melting underneath our $68 wagyu beef with the soup nowhere in sight. Server not experienced. Can’t even differentiate the different kind of beef we ordered when asked. Doesn’t seem enthusiastic.

Staff very helpful. We are celebrating little girl birthday. She full of fun and her elder sister also wish to celebrate her birthday at the same restaurant.
