Dan's Steaks - Bar & Grill - The Star Vista

5 of us ordered 4 different starters (bruschetta/mushroom soup/foie gras/scallops) and 7 side dishes (2 mashed potato/tater tots/spinach/asparagus/brocollini/mac&cheese), on top of a steak for each of us - 1 ribeye and 4 wagyu picanha. Every dish turns out almost perfectly and impossible to find fault. Staff are cheerful despite short handed. Overall a great dinning experience and with average $90 per person, I would say it is worth the money too.

We love going to Dan’s Steaks for family dinners. The steaks are always great, and it’s the only place my kids will eat a Caesar salad at :-) We also love the grilled octopus - bring it back!

The steak cuts aren’t good, too thick. Wouldn’t go back again.

Steak was great and medium rare. For me, I feel the sides (we got the asparagus) to be delicious. While booking the reservation, I mentioned it was my boyfriend's birthday and they went out of their way to give us a complimentary brownie which was so good, I'd pay for it. :) 5/5

I and my family members were having birthday lunch celebration at this restn and very pleased to learn that the staff, Paul presented a birthday dessert for our birthday girl. Thank you Paul. We all felt that coming to this eating place is definately a good choice in term of food and service.

Nice restaurant, not too crowded on a Wednesday night! Recommend to order the sharing plates with sides!

To celebrate graduation.. The food was really good. Must try the scallops in miso and garlic sauce. Could have given more bread. Only 3 slices :( All the food we ordered were simply delicious. Dessert - brownie with ice cream is a must have.

Amazing place! We were a group of 7 for a birthday lunch. We ordered the ribeye and strip loin steak and done to our liking. Atmosphere and service were fantastic. Highly recommended.

Service was great. Ample amount of checking in between dishes. Ambience is a little dark in the evenings which the tiny table lamps may not be adequate. Food though, is great for the price. Have returned a few times and will continue to do so.

Visited on sunday for dinner and it was not crowded. Service staff were attentive and constantly topped up our water. Truffle fries were great. Food served hot / warm and quite wuickly
