Dallas Restaurant & Bar - Suntec City

Good and prompt service from the reservation team! The food was excellent. I will defintiely introduce my friends to patronise at Dallas Restaurant again! WE are already planning our next trip there again!

They seem understaffed. Our food took almost 30 minutes to arrive, and we were shown in rather impatiently - the waitress was busy with something and simply pointed at our reserved seat and told us to go there. Also, we had gone there for our favourite signature steak which we could get with our Entertainer app previously, but this time, they said we cannot. It was a disappointing experience as compared to the last time we were there.

Good ambience and food. Will recommend definitely for family and friends gatherings. Servers are rather busy during peak hours but they did get to us at the end so all is fine.

Food arrived in relatively timely manner and the service was sufficiently quick and attentive. Really enjoyed the ambience, large windows, good lighting, and the noise level was relatively low making it easy to converse without straining the old ears.

Food was great! Love the ambience of the restaurant however, the experience could have been better if there was no time limit for the indoor seating!

Nice atmosphere and great service from the crew. It is not my first time at Dallas and it definitely will not be the last. :)

Easy to locate . First portion of steak is huge but subsequent steak are getting from medium rare to well done, portion wise remains the same

nice ambience and service but the food was not fantastic. i ordered my steak in medium rare but it came to me overcooked (more to medium well). I asked for coleslow for my side dish but it came green salad... so thus a bit disappointed with the food part, the rest was ok.

Waiting time was pretty Long but standards weren't compromised. And the steaks were good especially when they were well done. Not bad experience. But could do better with waiting time.

The ambience was classy, comfortable. With great food and drinks especially the steak, this is a place you definitely should visit with friends for drinks/food

Really good service provided from the restaurant and the environment is great! Able to take beautiful pictures for birthday. Will be there again to try out other menus and drinks!

The food was excellent. I enjoyed the Prime beef. The ambience and overall presentation of the restaurant was very good. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Nice ambience with great food always! Located in the centralised area convenience to all. Service was great also,service line follow up closing with our orders.

Very good atmosphere, great burgers. Staff was courteous and willing to modify the contents of the burgers to our requirements (no bacon etc). Good experience.

Good deco in Suntec City restaurant, reasonable food quality, quiet setting, may lack staff to service the whole restaurant. Staff are polite given the load during peak period.

Hanna is good! She provided good customer service, attend to customer promptly and gave us a perfect dining experience. Will definitely visit to Dallas @ Suntec City again.

We went to Dallas Suntec City outlet after the usual hectic dinner hours. I like the ambience of the restaurant and would highly recommend this place for people who enjoy flavourful and well executed meat platter. We tried other dishes like the vegetarian quesadilla and spaghetti carbonara. The quesadilla is a good side for our mains but I think the carbonara is a miss. Overall, good food and good service in a nice setting.

Good food and nice ambience! Serving portion was just right. Service can be a little more prompt but no complaints overall. Highly recommended for gatherings!

Very efficient, quick service, nice staff. Very large portions. Could even have been a bit smaller for my taste but good to know if you are really hungry

Visited the restaurant as it was listed on The Entertainer App. However, was only told during bill payment that Management has decided that FULL rack of ribs did not qualify as "mains" for discount and that only HALF rack of ribs qualifies. Service was very good albeit for the loud music from the bar. Food was tasty. However, the FULL v.s. HALF rack basically marred the whole experience.

Great friendly service, excellent food, and a great venue for a relaxed Sunday lunch with family and friends. The Mexican selections are fantastic, and the meat platters are amazing. Need to try the rest of the menu!

The food quality is below expectation. We have to send back the soggy calamari without drama. staff was quick to recognise the sub standard dish and replaced it quickly. The ribs we ordered was dry. Ambience is pleasant and service is good.

Nice service and atmosphere. We have requested our steak to be mid-rare but it was lil too much cooked. but kindly they have changed the steak not holding us up too long.

It was not extremely crowded, but the drinks took a good while to be served. We ordered a Steak Burger and a Crispy Roasted Chicken. Servings were generous and the food tasty. The chips were freshly fried and seasoned. We enjoyed a good deal with the Entertainer app.

Excellent service. The steak was nt cooked well done as requested. They served my friend another steak even though she has eaten part of the first steak. The red wine was lovely. We were served the brownie as to celebrate my friend birthday. We have a good time. Nice ambience and service was gd. Worth the value for the steak and wine.

A nice place to chill in the evening - it's best to make reservations in advance! The service was quite slow though - we waited about 20 minutes for the food and another 20 mins for the bill. Quite difficult to get the attention of the service crew. Other than that, food was not too bad :)

staff were friendly and helpful. ambience was great. had the 2 course dinner (main and dessert) and the quesadilla which was very filling. 3rd time there and would definitely go back again.

Steak quality was great and loved the service too! As it was for a birthday celebration, we even had a free cake with a birthday song, so thumbs up!

Food was ok but not happy with service. Restaurant not packed at all but no one bothers to refill our water or checked on us.

Love the ambience and the overall service by the staff. They are friendly and make the whole experience a good one. I went on my wife's birthday, and they surprise us with a free birthday cake.

Had the 2 course set dinner. Chose the mushroom soup and medium done steak and my wife the salmon salad main. The steak was really tender and perfectly done. Portion of fries and salad were just right. Mushroom soup was really good too! The salmon salad main was generous and tasty. Staff were friendly but a little "stretched out". Restaurant was not full but we had to wait at the main entrance before being acknowledged. Also waited a little too long before our orders were taken... guess management needs to get more staff in on a Sunday night. Overall, a good experience with value for money. Good restaurant ambience too. Will definitely revisit. (Online reservations made through Quandoo).

Good food, good service and good views of the city. Tried the prime rib and it is very good. Worth the upgrade. Will be back!

Good food (we had steak), wine, ambience & service. That's why I keep returning! Kudos to the team at at Dallas:) Will be back again in the near future for sure and so will my friends with their families & friends.

Had the meat platter $70 for 2! It was nice and great for meat lovers like me. Only the chicken was a bit dry, otherwise all good. Had cocktails too with a nice window seat + good service with a lovely ambience for the restaurant!

The food was enjoyable and the service was helpful. The ambience is excellent - dining room has glass walls featuring an outstanding view of the city.

Don't not try the steak buffet. It's a scam and it's horrible. Service was ridiculously slow like 20 - 30mins for 1 serving and they serve us cooked cut up beef.

Free flow steak is only available through reservation. Steak only done to medium or medium rare. First portion serving was generous, about 250g slab of steak. Subsequent orders were thin slices of steak for sharing. Texture and taste were excellent. Restaurant staffs were friendly. Would recommend this offer to everyone who likes beef steak.

Good atmosphere. Staff really helpful but it'll be good if you double checked your receipt before you pay. They missed out giving the 20% discount to us

It's my 2nd time visiting Dallas restaurant & bar at Suntec's outlet, I love the ambience of this place! Service was really good and food (miso glazed cod & deluxe steak burger) was absolutely delicious. I will come back again and again for sure.
