I was shown to my table really quickly. Service was good and food was tasty. Good value for money.

the one for one deal set lunch with shopback go is a very good deal! The food was awesome and more than enough to feed two hungry humans :)

Noisy, more hip then substance. A watering place, food menu items mostly excessive and lack of healthier varieties. Food portion and service acceptable otherwise nothing to shout about given it's expensive price point

Had the lunch set and it was a good deal. Food took some time to come but I sat at the outdoor seating area which was cool so the wait was bearable. Food was fresh.

Food was lovely, we had the 1 for 1 lunch special (via shopback go app) and it was famtastic value for money! Service was great, we were celebrating a birthday and they brought out the cake we bought right on cue, lighted candle and all.

Place was okay except it was very hot when sitting outside during lunchtime. Food was small in portion and not worth for the price they charge

Had the lunch set which comes with choice of soup/salad, drink and a slice of cake. Food was good with fresh salad served. Mash potato with come with the main dish is generous.

Everything is good, except the corner don't have any fan, therefore we felt very hot...

Came for a lunch and ordered the Duo of chicken and Pfandl for sharing. The portion were relatively heavy and was quite alot even for sharing for 2 pax. Food came fast and staff were polite. A very good visit overall.

Food quality is bad. Live concert outside the restaurant is way too noisy, had a hard time talking with friends.

Not flexible with the portion sizes for the brunch buffet for smaller groups. It would be better if smaller tasting portions are available so customers can sample a greater variety of dishes.

Staff were attentive to our requests which is great! Food was warm, not hot - seems like it has been left on the kitchen counter for awhile before being served. I’ve had similar items at another branch and the temperature of the food when i received it was hotter. There was live music at Westgate which made it difficult to have conversations with my friend as we had to shout over the music - should not fault Brotzeit for this but it still affected the dining experience negatively.

I ordered a pork knuckle that was humogous and a pint of beer.It was really good.The service was excellent.Staff were friendly and attentive.
