The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The food are very tasty as well. The staffs were very patient when telling us the time taken to cook each dish and explained the membership promotions to us too.

Soup base was very good and ingredients were very fresh! Just that portions of food were slightly small. Overall a very good meal, will definitely return!

Very satisfying meal yesterday! Service was super prompt and friendly. Perhaps it was also because we ate before the peak hours (6pm), hence the whole experience was more chill and less "rushed". We tried the drunken chicken broth yesterday (thanks to NOC Food King) and it was very shiok and comforting. The fish tofu was very on point too! :)

Food at Beauty in the pot was really good and tasty. This is one of the best steamboat that I have had in Singapore! Abit pricey but worth it!

Good service and fresh ingredients. Although on a pricey side. On a previous visit, the staff forgotten my request for a birthday song. Waited long and decided to leave.

2nd time visit to this restaurant at One KM Mall. Have requested for a quiet sitting area during my reservation. But was disappointed when they arrange for a place that is still noisy as the quiet section were not open due to not much crowd. Have spoken to the waitress on this and was told the quiet section is still not been sterilized yet, so they cannot open the area. So it is kind of a disappointment. Apart from this, the overall service is good and food is nice.

Love the collagen soup base and mala soup base at Beauty in a Pot! Must orders are the Angus beef and prawn paste! Crispy garlic condiment is nice too!

Service was good and fast, and the portions were filling! Celebrated my mum's and sister's birthdays and they gave us a free cake and balloons too, so sweet :)

Great service and friendly staffs. However do bring along a jacket because it’s very cold at the restaurant. But if u don’t have them, the staff will provide you with blankets too.

Service is not excellent. When call to serve the birthday cake, they should have to clean up the table before served. I'm more enjoy at centerpoint branch to have lunch or dinner.

we were seated almost immediately. The food was great. Service was fantastic. Stayed longer than the time limit of 90-min as we ordered too much food. Will def head there again.

Clean and bright surroundings , welcoming staff and lovely decor. Soup bases are delicious especially the shark bone base. Yuzu palette cleanser after meal was a perfect end to a delicious meal!
