THE ENVIRONMENT IS COMFORTABLE AND NICE. THE STAFFS ARE WELL-TRAINED AND POLITE. I LIKE THEIR FOOD ESPECIALLY THE CHOICES OF SOUP AND SIGNATURE HOMEMADE FISH TOFU.

Food was good! Compared to the centrepoint outlet, the service was at Kinx was rather inattentive as they seem so short of staff that it was quite difficult to get their attention and some dishes were rather slow in coming in.

Nice food and good service. But abit awkward when the waitresses is bowing 90 degree every single time after serving you. Honestly, their service is definitely very good!

The food is fine. But I don’t like the fact that we have to pay for the sauce just because it was packaged together with fruits. The sauce should be given free.

Very good soup and fresh ingredients. Collegen soup is good as usual. Coconut soup was a pleasant discovery. If only the price is less expensive, I’ll get to enjoy it more often.

We were there for a family dinner. The ambience and service was good but personally I prefer HDL over it.

HaiDiLao provides better service & the price is cheaper there. The only reason I came was the good reviews I got from my friends regarding the collagen soup but I feel that it's nothing to shout about.

Good service, nice play area for children during the day. Shark bone cartilage soup was a bit thin this time. Coconut and tomato broths were surprisingly nice.

This place has wonderful food as well as wonderful service. This is the 3rd time I am visiting and I will most definitely visit again.

Food quality is good. Love the collagen soup. There's also a huge playground outside for kids. If you pay with Maybank card, you will get free fish tofu.

prefer the centrepoint cause they are understaff here.... took a while for drink refill and for other utensils...But all is good overall

Food & ambience are great. Probably due to the location & the time I went (weekday afternoon), the place was less noisy than the Centrepoint outlet. However, prices are too steep.

I just loved the soups n porks there. They have excellent services. Giving toys to my grandchildren n providing my favourite mango cake for my birthday. I would recommend my relative and friends to dine there. After meal, we went to the playground to pay with my grandchildren.

Fantastic place for family gathering this time. The kids loved the freah beef and pork slices and I loved the clear coconut soup with white fungus.

Food was good. However, the environment is noisy and the temperature in the restaurant is low. It’s too cold to have a comfortable meal.

Food was alright. Noisy surroundings and lack of staff. Hate the singing of birthday culture the restaurant offered.

First time here and for birthday celebration. Great food, service and interior. Total bill is $196 (4 pax). I will probably come back here for special occasions instead of regular dining.

Booked with quandoo and entry was fast. The service at resturant was great. Wide food selection, food are yummy. Good place to go with my kid.

The customer service is getting less considerate and those staff do not know what exact to help with the food - put the ingredients in when the soup is not even boiling yet and did not bring drinks until we asked the third time.

Always the best beauty pot. The food and service is always high standard and fresh food. Service staff are always attentive. Cons is that it's always full, very hard to make reservation.

Good service & food. Just that since the $30 off is given away, why not give as points instead of hard copy voucher? Save paper & also customer can keep coming back and use it as long as criteria is met.

my girls loved the outdoor playground. i think it is wonderful of beauty pot to create such a pleasure for kids. the only downfall is, service not as good as before, in the past, the waitress makes sure you have apron, plastic covers for hp and glasses wipe before you start your meal. now they just pass you the tablet to order. they see kids, they dont even give us kids' cutlery. we have to ask for fork, and they gave metal fork instead of the kids' plastic plate, fork and spoon. the waitress even charged condiments for my kids! i never had to pay condiments for my kids in the past 20 times i dined at beauty pot. when asked why kids had to pay for condiment, she gave me a cold 'cant be bothered' look, and said if kids eat the fruits, still have to pay. one slice of watermelon have to pay $3.80 each kid?! had really bad impression of this particular waitress. shes new, never seen her before. and she turns me off great time.
