Great fresh Food and good service. Love the huge playground for the kids. Abit pricey and portions are quite small unless you buy the full size but great for special occasions. Nice cosy deco as well especially if you sit near the window to the playground. Great for families with kids between ages 3-12 I guess.

I came here previously for dinner and found the service to be slow as it was very packed. I had booked a table for 4 pax on a Friday afternoon, service was prompt once we arrived (probably as it wasn't packed). Staff were patient and friendly. The waitress also offered to peel the prawn shells for us which was a nice touch. Food was a little expensive, we spent $45 per pax. But the quality of the seafood and meats were great. The shark collagen soup was fantastic as usual, the wild mushrooms soup was great as well. It's a once in a while indulgence for me, would definitely come back again.

My parents thought the food variety n quality is very good!! Fresh! The special Thai chilli sauce dip is yummy with the hotpot .. and we enjoyed the richness of the collagen broth much too! Just thought the usual bowing n polite service by the staff abit over the top - makes one abit uncomfortable.. overall another enjoyable experience!

We were informed to wait outside as two of our guests were not present. When our guests came, we approached them again, it seems that they were not aware of our presence there. I told the lady who brought us to be seated that it’s our first time there and would appreciate their advice. She asked us to wait but no one came to attend to us till I signaled to another staff to assist us. Food wise, the Ebiko Prawn Paste, Fried Beancurd Skins (炸響鈴), Drunken Live Prawns (Very fresh, succulent and rich in wine flavour) is definitely a must try n others.

Nice food But they lost one of our credit card Insisted they passed it back but we didn't receive. Ended up they found the card in the kitchen 😑

I always like their unique collagen soup and Mala soup, I almost visit that once a month, but price may abit pricely, average over $40 per person.

Consistent food quality n great service again! Crispy luncheon meat n yam!! Fresh vegetables not wilted or yellow - very good! The prawn paste ebiko and that crispy bean curd skin our perennial favourite!! Broth ultra rich! Lovely meal!!

Great ambiance. Rather child friendly too. Didn’t like the idea of having a time limit for the meal at 1.5 hours but waiters didn’t chase us away when we were a little overtime. Thank you!

I have been there at OneKM numerous time and still enjoy going there. Recently bought a few friends there and it was their 1st visit and they just enjoy the food. Never get tired of I.

Good food and good service. They do have a 90minute dining policy when it’s crowded, so it is worth noting if you intend to go at a peak time.

Good service by deducated staff. Should allow more time for dining instead of limiting it to one and a half hour. Too rush for family dinner.

The food is fresh and nice. I love the chillies condiments especially. Ambience is cosy and comfortable and it's a good place to chat. However, it's rather pricey. Will still visit there again .

The front counter staffs are polite with greetings. The Fast service and well served too. I came for my son birthday celebration, he was surprise that the staffs sang birthday song for him.

Service not as good. We choose tomato and collagen soup. The tomato soup cannot compare to other restaurant. The meat ball standard has also drop.

Feels that their standard keep dropping every time I visit. The service seems to get worse and foods is getting smaller with a price increased. Perhaps this happened when they start to get many customer.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, explained time taken to cook each dish patiently, helped to peel prawns and constantly looking out if any help was needed at each table. Food was delicious as well.
