Beauty in the Pot - KINEX Level 3 美滋锅

Always loved dining at beauty in a pot. The service is great, quality of food is good. They sang a birthday song and gave my friends balloons as it was a celebration for two of my friends.

Excellent and personalised service! It happened to be my birthday month and the crew was so nice to prepare a cake and gave me a wonderful celebration.

a little noisy . front portion will be better but i cnt choose the table . service is good . will go again . thank you

Went on a Sunday afternoon and service was slightly poor and slower

Service was great - staff were attentive & nice to us. Atmosphere wasn’t good because crowd was very noisy, not something the staff could do anything abt too anyway. Prices are really high.

Brought my friends for lunch and they really enjoy and love the collagen soup base very much. They will definitely invite their friends to visit again.

The experience is amazing.... very attentive service and i even pack away the whole soupt back ..... so delicious !!! Definitely will go back there again ...... BEST steamboat in Singapore !!!

Food was great as usual and the staff were very polite and attentive. However, the environment was really cold so it might be better if they could increase the temperature of the place.

Food was good, staff was polite, ambience was fantastic. Best place to go for good hotpot. Staff were very enthusiastic and helpful with the cooking too.

Service was good. But with the time limit 1.5hr is horrible. Staff will start to rush u out when the time is up. Not recommended for people who wants to spend time bonding.

We had dinner for 7 people. Bill was not cheap as far as steamboats go but it was enjoyable - service and quality of food were good.

Always a pleasant dining environment.. good food, good service! Perhaps the only “fault” is replenishing fruits should be automatic & not having to ask staff to replenish them.

Love the experience . Ingredients were very fresh , had the mushroom soup (not too my liking) & tomato soup (strongly) recommend . And it doesn’t make u crave water afterwards like how HDL does. Overall I’m a happy customer

Extremely fresh ingredients. Great service. Everyone enjoyed the special soup bases. Worth returning. Place too pink. Those who don’t want a noisy place should choose the Centrepoint outlet. 1KM good for kids too.

Everything was fine until they dragged the rubbish bin through the dining area. It was a little unhygienic.

great service and great food as always. The staff were helpful and patient with my table as I have a baby girl with me and was very occupied with her.

Great food, but it on the expensive side for a steamboat. Must make reservation in advance, if not have to queue very long for seats.

Prefer not to be charged separately for condiments like sauce, garlic, fruits etc. Service staff were made to bow every time before they walk off from each table. I think this is unnecessary.

Favorite hot pot restaurant so far. Do make reservations otherwise waiting time might be very long

Food is great, service loses to the one at Centrepoint though. Everything except the pink deco is great here. The pink makes it look so... old!

it was the usual service from beauty in a pot. Aircon is too cold though. would be great if the aircon can be made warmer.

Our first visit. Great restaurant with good services. Nice deco and they even have a huge playground for free kids. The ingredients were fresh. I’m glad that my family enjoyed it.

Service is excellent, food is tasty and good. A bit on the expensive side compare to other hot pot restaurants. but generally we feel that it is value for money.
