Came here with my family. We all loved the amazing soup!

Staff were very courteous despite the high volume of crowd. Food is reasonable. The collagen soup is thick. There's a huge playground to keep the lively children entertained while the adults dine.

Very good and happy . Will bring my family there more .

I always visit this place for their collagen soup base which is just very good. Food quality is also very good. But to compete with other steamboat places like hdl their service and complimentary items could be better.

Beauty in a pot is a very welcoming and friendly restaurant. Their food is excellent and the staff are very well trained. From the start till the end of the meal, they always made an effort to check out our table and ensure our needs were met. They would notice if you struggled with anything and would immediately come to our aid. The staff would also greet us with a warmly as we enter the restaurant. Whenever food was served the appropriate cooking time would be made known to us. The place is very well decorated which invites a very inviting vibe as well. Food: Great Service: Great Ambiance: Great What's not to love?

Compare to the other branches, service can be improved. Requested for the apron as wearing white but end up forgotten to provide.

Have been here a few times. But feel that pricing and broth has become less appealing.. service still good. But not likely to go again

The ingredients were very fresh and the soup selection was really good. Cant help comparing Beauty to HaiDiLao - both restaurants are very similar in execution, service and pricing. But Beauty would be my choice just because of the brighter decor. I must visit a few more times to really be able to compare the two.

Without reservation, the queue is terribly long. They can consider not charging condiments/fruits for kids under 12yo.

The food variety is quite limited as compared to other hot pot and the portion itself is quite small. Overall quite pricy. Service was okay but would be good if the staff can be more attentive especially during non peak period. The environment was very nice with all the pink background which makes the photo look great.

Definitely a dinner place for family gatherings! Always come here for for birthday celebrations. They have excellent service as well.

Since the last visit, they have changed their soup base to a chicken/pork cartilage vs shark cartilage, for environmental reasons. The soup doesn't have quite a thick and gummy consistency as before, but it is still very tasty. Still my favourite hotpot joint.
