In my view I think customer service has dropped somewhat. Whilst in the past servers were attentive, and always coming up to you with requests to help in anywhere they could, these new crop of servers aren’t. I must say they look passive & keep pretty much to themselves! You constantly have to wave & get their attention! Keeping up good customer service is always an uphill task!
