Great service great food great ambience. Although they have many new flavours, still a loyal fan of the original mala and collagen flavours. Never been disappointed here.

Expensive and ingredients are normal restaurants standadrd, aren’t particularly fresh or what. Collagen and spicy Soup base is nice. But I will still chocolate hai di lao which is cheaper, fresher and better service

Havent been there in a while. They have shifted one floor up and the decor’s all pink now. Staff are still polite but not as attentive - drink didn’t get refilled promptly and they didn’t clear the soup stuff given that it’s off peak. We had received better service on previous occasions. They have also stopped offering rice at the condiment zone and charge $3+/pax for condiment (don’t recall this previously but please confirm?).

Great food, good service all round. The collagen soup base and coconut soup base were our faves. Will go back again. They offer 20% off after 10.30pm.

Good ambience, the collagen soup is recommended, fresh food was served, variety of choices, good service but price is a little high. Overall not bad!

I went back to fix my craving for collagen soup a month later. The food and service standard is excellent. 2 of us were able to have several dishes given the option on half portion. I will definitely visit there again!

The soup too salty. Standard of the soup drop after shifting to 3rd floor. Not as nice as before. But the service is as good.

Prompt service . Wordings of condiments was not cl at this very hard to make the sauce . The soup became very diluted after 2 rounds of TOP up.

Wonderful soup and food. Especially impressed by the dough fritters and beancurd skin. Meat platter was OK, probably should have skipped it as we ended up eating too much. Cost was slightly high (because we ordered too much).

Food is good. The fried bean curd skin and the fish paste is good. The live prawns are very fresh. And they helped to peel the prawns. However, it seems a bit crowded so the service was a bit slow.

First time here at the level 3, totally different outlook. Food was still as good, just that free flow rice was changed to free flow fruits. Words on the boards for instructions for making their signature sauces were too small, would prefer the older boards they had previously.

Food was good in general but service staff was not very attentive to our area and slow to offer assistance to us. Unsure if it is due to lack of staff that day.

Pretty good selection of dishes! Meat quality was good and each slices were of decent sizes! Best thing of all was their fried beancurd! Fast dip into the boiling soup for a couple of seconds, not only does it retains its crispness but at the same time soak up some of the soup essence. It's like crunchy yet bursting with the collagen/ma la soup.

Overall is satisfactory. We had a birthday celebration and the restaurant provided adorable birthday balloons and cupcake to us. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any staff singing birthday songs though... probably they were engaged at that point of time

The RSVP was smooth. However the service at the restaurant was below the expectations. The waitress seems reluctant to assist and we have to wait quite a while after we order.

Staff was helpful and polite. They educate us on how long to cook our food and when is the right time to it. They also recommended which sauce to go with which dish. Quality of food is good! A bit pricey though.

Very nice collagen soup and variety. Good amount of quantity to be shared for groups of four. The ambience of the place is really nice too. It is under Paradise group so members will get benefits.

Really love the soup base. Food is very fresh especially the seafood. The sauce mix is also really nice and compliments with the food. Great place for get together with friends or family.
