Awesome service and good food. It's always easy to book & dine for OneKM branch. If only the same applies for Centrepoint branch. Will definitely be back for hotpot fix again!

Pink themed restaurant with waitresses who will bow 90degrees whenever they serve you. Collagen soup is a must try, as well as the bean curd skin.

The staff should have more initiative but food is not bad. Range of food and drinks offered and sauces are good. Fruits can improve too.

Service is very good. Hw, it is not cheap. The tomatoes soup is not as nice as 'hai di lao' The side dishes also not much.

Beauty Pot uses fine quality ingredients, wide range of choices are made available, soup based is one of the best I’ve tried. Service crew was amazingly attentive. Thank you for providing such wonderful dining experience.

The waitress is not attentive enough. Already told her that one of them can’t eat beef but she still uses the paste spoon touches the soup with beef for the soup without beef.

Excellent service with every request met. It was a cold establishment with centralised air conditioner and service staff knew to bring me a blanket because I was freezing.

There is a promotion for soup broth for member if you go for the 2-in-1 soup base and one of them is tomato soup.

Was a 5 star over the past 1yr. However the collagen soup seems to be less robust and diluted. Chef brought the soup pot in and rectify which reinstated the flavor. However, after the refill of soup again the same situation occur which I never experience in my past 1 yr.

Great atmosphere,the theme of the restaurant is so pinky , feel like at hello kitty cafe. Attentive service, server come within seconds when upon called. Foods are fresh.

Some changes to what was included under condiments compared to previous visit. Soup seems less concentrated with subsequent refills though still nice. While food was nice the lunch was pricey

Interior – Nice interior design and great ambience! Table to table is not too near which make dining experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Service – Double thumb up !!! High service standard and attentive to all table requests. The staff bowed at all customers with full 90 degree bow ! The staff would automatically refill the soup, without us asking. The free yuzu ice which they served after our meal was a refreshing drink after the hotpot. Food – We ordered 4-in-1 soup pot which we could try 4 different kinds of soup base. There is a total of 6 soup bases which you could select. Collagen soup is one the best which must not be missed. The mushroom soup tasted even better after the ingredients have been cooked in the pot. The Chicken Herbal soup tasted great too. Tomato soup also provided a different superb taste. As for drinks, you could order free flow of Luo Ha Guo or Sour Plum which go well with the hotpot. The food served are all with great taste and best quality!

Great food , staff are great too. But there’s a tendency to make you feel very rushed with them shuttling across the whole restaurant constantly . They also make u feel like u should be rushing thru your meal to vacate as soon as possible .

The restaurants can be Super noisy when there is ppl celebrating the birthday. It is nice gesture but also disturbing the remaining customer who wish to have meal peacefully.

It is always a pleasant visit with excellent service provided. The soup base and fresh ingredients are worth every penny. Beauty in a pot is my only choice for steamboat.

One of my favourite steamboat restaurants in Singapore. Staff provide good service and food are served fresh. Must try the collagen soup base and the beancurd skin! Yums!

Great food and great service. They have 6 different soup flavours now. Had the usual collagen soup and tomato soup. Looking forward to trying the rest.

Currently its located at level 3 now, and seems like a lot of staffs is new so the standard of service is not as good as compare to before. And there is no more free flow of white rice anymore. However the food standard is still good.

Friendly and helpful staff with good service. Ingredients are fresh with tasty soup bases. Coconut juice as soup base is light and refreshing contrast to its famous cartilage soup.

Good ambience. Bowl of rice was served too late; same for second bowl. Reminders had to be given. Other than this, good service and smiley staff. Aircon too strong for my grandma who seemed to be affected and not really enjoying much.
