The collagen soup was a tad too rich for my personal preference. Otherwise, dishes were fresh with the appropriate portions. The service was superb. Would definitely visit again (and choose a different soup I guess)

I have been Beauty in a pot customer since they open their 1st outlet in One Km. Cuz I just live 5mins walk away. Love the collagen soup. Brought so many friends over and they all love it!! I kept Jio-ing friends to go cuz I hav to eat it at least once a week, so need to find kaki. But after they got popular.. I find their service standard dropped .. I guess they are too busy. And I always order collagen soup with the divided pot. Reason being that I do not eat beef, but my friends do. So I had to separate the soup. And now.. the new outlet charges extra for that. Which I do not understand why. The soup standard also dropped slightly .

Very nice service, the people who work there go above and beyond to serve you! And they are very friendly. Food is great and tasty. The broth is amazing.

Still had to wait even though I had a reservation. Air conditioning was very cold. Overall food was good as expected. Service was also good.

Excellent service. There is an outdoor kids playground available and a staff is assigned to look after them. Family friendly and delectable food too. Will certainly be back again.

Always love eating in Beauty in the Pot @ 1KM. Service and food are great! We will recommend this to anyone who loves hotpot! You have to pay extra for the condiments and fruits though.

It’s much more on the atas level of steamboat, you paid for good service and food. I felt the sauces shouldn’t be charged, it should be complimentary.

Great food but it was freezing cold at the restaurant! Enjoyed the soup base and kids had fun with the outdoor playground and animal balloons offered by staff :)

The food is nice, especially the collagen soup with the beancurd skin. But the aircon is too strong, made us shivering when the steamboat is off, next time must prepare to bring a jacket. The 90 degree bow is also too much an extreme, though it meant nice and respectful, but it backfires because it made us uncomfortable. Hopefully the service staff doesn't need to bow so much in the future.

This restaurant provides very good service. Each of the employees are well mannered. There are a large variety selection of good food in the menu as well as condiments & fruits.

2nd visit. No longer has the wow factor. Went during weekday lunch. Disappointed that didn’t have any offer. Taste of the food still considerably good though. Aircon was super cold with strong wind. Left the place with a headache.

The new outlet is so much bigger and able to accommodate more diners compared to the previous outlet. The shark cartilage soup is a must order every time i patronise them.

Good service by the waitress. The food served was fresh. Flowers was given out to all mothers during mother's day. Different soup base for customers to choose from. Self mix sauces counter available with different mixer instructions on the wall.

Foods was great. Definitely will come back again. May need more staff during peak hours. Overall the service was not bad. Only one thing not good is when calling always took very long to answer

The wait was a bit long but Had a good time and food was great. Service was prompt and waitresses are friendly. Definitely worth going back there again.

COME EARLY. It gets real crowded here and do be patient if you are coming for a dinner as they usually are very packed, and not everyone sticks to the 1.5hrs dining time. The collagen soup is a must have and honestly the calling card of this restaurant. Recommendations include the fish tofu, mushrooms to soak up the soup, beancurd skins, the thick potato noodles, and the pork and chive dumplings. Portions can be deceivingly small so do not order with your eyes! Also, if you don't need condiments, tell the staff! They will auto-include it in your bill if you don't say anything. Good service (though wish they would stop bowing so low), though slow as it's really packed. Always a pleasure to dine here.

Food was very fresh but variety was a little lacking. Service was impeccable . Only wish they didn't have to bow at the right angle.

Service is not as good as the branch in Orchard. All the wait staff appear to be in a rush. The staff at reception is not permanantly there. Otherwise, the food and soup is still up to standard.

Food was good overall. Service was not too bad as waiting staff were attentive. Had to wait a while for payment though, as staff was unsure what credit card promotion was available.

This has always been my favourite hotpot place. I would say that the food quality (including the soup base) is better than those in Taipei (at least those that i have visited in March.

their service and atmostphere is good! recommend for family lunch/dinner. we added one pork dish but we were so full at the end, so they helped us to cancel it gently. thanks!
