Very friendly staff, place is bigger now with and outdoor playground. Food a bit prices but the soup and food are very fresh. Went the many time and still think that its very worth it.

The food is still nice but sometimes the soup taste is not consistent... very noisy when there is a birthday group, the service crew will sing birthday song very loudly. When that happens, always impossible to get help from the service crew

Service sometimes was a bit slow but they had cake and balloons for birthday girl. Had a good time with friends. Like the collagen soup and drunken chicken.

the restaurant was bright, clean and pink.. staff was cheery, full of smiles and v polite - the lady serving our table even bowed almost 90 degreess(!). food was fresh and delicious, especially the collagen soup. always a pleasure to dine there!

I am regular who patron this steamboat weekly. Super delicious soup base and welcoming staff. The negative point is the staff are require to bow down 90 degree each time they serve you.

There are six of us and we find that the charges for condiments ( $3.80) is too costly for per pax ( for just that little amount) as not all go for the second round for it. And also, just to highlight that there is a HOUSEFLY that landed on our noodles of which your kind staff are quick to do an exchange. Other than that , on the overall, the ambience is nice, food is good , service is good (your staff are polite and attentive) .

We have a dinner to celebrate my sister's birthday at the Beauty in the Pot at 1KM, and the experience was fantastic. The staff, Jia Yuan served us well throughout, with joy in her heart. She even gathered her colleague to sing a birthday song for my sister, presenting balloon. Her effort in service is admirable. Thank you so much.

Like the food and the ambience. Like the friendly waitress and their service too. I will definitely invite my family and friends to visit the restaurant again.

Fresh food ingredients with delicious refillable soup base choices available. But still, have to wait for 10-15mins even with appointment made and arrived on time.

The services are good. The dining place are clean. I like the pink style of the new decoration. The ingredient are more fresh and yummy compare to other restaurant. However, the price of the food are a bit overpriced than others.

Very friendly and helpful waitresses. There is also a playground for children aged 5 and above. However I find the decor too pinkish. Nonetheless, enjoyable experience and will be back.

Prefer the old outlet, new outlet’s interior is too pink. Ambience isn’t as nice as the previous one. Other than that food and service were great.

Outfoor playground for kids. Food and service is awesome. My family loves it! My dad commented the soup is tasty. The dessert completes the meal.

Great experience with quality food and excellent service. It’s my second visit after my visits to the Yangon outlet where I had similar experiences. Wonderful to see it’s consistent. Have strongly recommended this place to friends both in Singapore and Yangon.

Service is superb!! Meats and seafood are very fresh. Go for the signature shark cartilage collagen soup. Herbal chicken soup is very nice too 👍🏻

We ordered 4 types of soup base - Collagen, Tomato, Coconut, Spicy. Highly recommend the Collagen and tomato. The ingredients are fresh and the choice of food is good. Highly recommended.

Food selections is good. Worth the money paid! Service staff is very attentive especially ‘Kanlava’ the OneKM outlet. Change our plate often and kept checking to make sure our soup is sufficient for cooking. Will definitely go back there again!

Consistent quality with the soup base and the meat ingredients are fresh as usual. Kids and parents are delighted with the meal. This is definitely my favourite hot pot place in Singapore.
