They have very friendly and attentive staff. When u ask for something (i.e order a drink, ask for gloves or a fork) u get it almost immediately, food is good if you are able to take spice.

A very quiet restaurant with good service and food. Love the environment and they even provided mouth wash for guest who wish to have their mouth rinse after eating.

Different dining experience, reasonably priced, cheap beer, tasty food! The snow ice was very fluffy and clean tasting. I appreciated that the ice didn't have any added color or flavoring and then you add your own evaporated milk to taste.

The grilled bread was nice. Pig ear and cucumber too. But generally average in taste. Nice ambience but service was alittle slow. Unlikely to revisit

Food is well-seasoned and affordably priced. The cooked skewered food items will be placed on a small "bbq-pit" on your table and kept warm with lighted tea lights. Laid-back atmosphere suitable for catching up with friends.

The steam dumplings a bit hard but the rest of the bbq food taste good. The Zhajiang mian was salty as well. Staff is friendly and helpful

Place was better than expected. Serving of food was initially abit slow but the kitchen caught up after awhile. Perfect for dinner with a group of friends.

Went for lunch on a sat. Food is tasty although slightly on the pricier side. Food is quite warm on a small warmer, which is a nice touch.

Noise environment, everyone speaks louder. I have to speak louder than next table then my friend can get me. DEFINITELY not a good place to chill with.Will only visit there in non-peak hours.

I had an enjoyable dining experience yesterday. Spicy paste noodle was the bomb and will definitely order that again when I'm back. 4 pax and the total bill were about $82 with drinks. Though the sour plum drink was quite disgusting, give that a miss.

The service is generally good but I think they are a little bit short-handed. The food is not too bad but it lacks some bbq taste. I actually prefer the food at their Chinatown branch.

I went there last week for dinner, total bill is $50plus for two person. I was shocked that,there have 10%service charge and 7 %GST because restaurant not located in shopping center. However there serve good food,nice environment and good location(close to Bugis MRT station within 5 minute walking). Point added : Friendly staff and fast response with your request.

Atmosphere of the restaurant are good. Staff are prompt in their services. The food taste good... overall was a pleasant experience. And will definitely visit again...
