Bangkok Jam - Plaza Singapura

I notice the restaurant is rather big and there's blind spot (at the extreme corners) which would have difficulties getting attention. There's only 2 staff when I was there and was nearly missed out. I had the Phad Thai with Chicken and the chicken meat had this "freezer taste". The dish itself is normal and still acceptable. Noted something interesting thou... They do not serve tap water. When a lady at the next table 'ordered warm water, she was served a partially filled pot of warm water and about half a bottle of bottled drinking water. The ladies were surprised at how warm water was served and started "heated discussion".

Nice for dining, drink was very nice but portion kind of too much, would be good if they reduced serving size at valued price.

Quite a crowd when I arrived but upon ordering, the food were served within acceptable waiting time. Taste were not comprised and was please with how polite the staff were. A good place to dine in!

Great food and comfy ambience.. The price is affordable too.. Will definitely visit again..

The Phad Thai was spicy and good. Service was prompt.

Ordered the executive lunch set. Comes with drink and salad. Food was good, service was prompt.

Food was quite delicious but I found the drink (had latte) normal only. Waiting time was acceptable and staff were friendly.

Service was a little slow (though the supervisor in charge explained that they were under staffed as 2 of their staff were on mc). Other than that the food was ok.

My choice of food wasn't tasty. Glad to see they have more items on their menu though! Will try other food next time.

Staff was friendly. But, service was lousy. Food looks nice. But, not fresh. Soup was cold. Taste.... sigh.... cannot make it. 1st and last visit.

Went there for weekday dinner with a friend; fair value (with quick service nonetheless) relative to menu prices.

Good food, prices are reasonable. The service suffers during peak hours. I would recommend the boat noodle and the veg with toast pork dish. It is yummy

The 2 Must order dish for me is the Pomelo Salad with Shrimps and Thai Olive Fried Rice with Minced Pork. Fried Chicken Mid Joints with Thai Fish Sauce Marinade is great as a snack with beer! I have been to both Plaza Singapura and Wheelocks Place outlet. The waiting time is not very long I guess serving quickly helps. Reasonable price for casual dining.

The service at this outlet was good and a suitable venue for large group gatherings. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food. The duck curry noodles was tasty and reasonably priced.

Food was so so. Very disappointed with the Thai basil chicken with rice. It was so soggy and wet! Tasted bland too. Service also slow. I won't be going back even with promotions and discount.

the clear tomyam soup is good spicy enough; but not the phai thai very disppointing; stuff chicken wing is average; Kang Kong quite disappointing as well.

The Staff were attentive and food was good. In addition to the good company that we had that afternoon, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

The restruant seem like short of staff as it take long time to serve. Maybe is because of CNY . Wrong food served. Staff is friendly. Thai milk tea too diluted, food is so so only. Overall still ok.

Service was great! Overall food is average. Res Tom Yum was disappointing as its taste weird with strong Asam taste. The food is much better at another branch - Great World City.

Service was average. We ordered 2 rice but only 1 was served. However, when the bill came, we were charged with 2 rice. Anyway, had made the payment.

i think that their service can be improved. Their service was rather slow, and staffs were not very responsive or friendly. Food at usual price are quite expensive.

No lunch set to choose, and seats are not suitable for group more than 10 pax. And the beef from beef noodle are hard , can't eat.

Food was much better than expected, especially the fried noodles with beef and holy basil. Beef curry was good but the pandan pancakes were a little bit hard. Service was good except I specifically requested a quiet table when I reserved and got given a table that was inches away from another couple, not exactly ideal...

the food served was relatively decent and delicious however the price was abit on the expensive side. The service staff was friendly and very well trained.

They transferred us to the hot pot table easily without too many questions. That was great, even though the hot pot buffet was not what we reserved.

The food takes too long to arrive, one may have almost finished her order before the rest of the orders of the table arrive, and it is hard to get the servers' attention to refill our drinks.

Very nice food and good service. I had the Grilled Chicken with Fresh Lettuce which was superb. The prawns in the soups and the salads were very fresh, and this is one thing we look for when we determine the standard of the restaurant.

Food is nice. The staff are patient and easy to communicate. The place is cozy . My friends and I had a great pre-cny gathering.

Food was tasty on it's own but doesn't feel quite authentic. Staff were attentive and place was clean. A good place to hang out with friends (More for the desserts, actually).

The waitresses were polite. However, service was very slow and not in proper sequence. We got our tom yam soup after we finished our main meal. I like the ambience.

I have ordered fried Kway tiao with cuttlefish and chicken. As a cuttlefish lover, I was very disappointed that there is only one small cuttlefish in the whole plate. The chicken serving was very minimal too. Taste was slightly sweet and too spicy towards the end for me. Though portion is already small, I didn't manage to finish the food due to the taste. Service was good and ambience was good though.

thefood was very good. we tried the fried rice and tom yamsoup and were pleased with the quality of food. staff were nice and friendly
