First visit and had the weekend brunch menu. Excellent food quality where you can taste the freshness. Service was great! Friendly and attentive. Will be back in the future!

Wonderful ambience for a date. Prompt and friendly service. No airs from the staff and extremely professional. Menu was surprisingly comprehensive and food was delicious. Perfect.

Very good service and the starters were super. Will surely come back for more. I like the view from the viewing deck. Unobstructed seaview and Singapore icons like MBS.

Food and service were generally good. Cod was a little too salty at the ends but scallop crudo and orechiette were well done. A little noisy due to lunch crowd but generally a good experience. Will be back again.

Food was decent. Service was erratic - the table wasn't set, no plain water was offered, and they were a bit too keen to push the fruit juices. One of the (Caucasian) servers was cheerful and prompt with service, so kudos to her. Probably won't go back.

The location is great. Very good Italian food and service . The crab pasta was fantastic ! Price-quality: 👍 Having a last drink on the terrace upstairs with an incredible view of Singapore was perfect to close the evening.

Ambient is very relaxing and the atmosphere is good. Loved the location inside the national gallery. Food is ok even if not pure Italian but revisited in many dishes that are not part of the authentic Italian tradition....being Italian I know what I am talking about :-)

Very good service and very delicious food, sea urchin pasta, lobster pasta and pork chop marvellous. Good ambience at an affordable rate. Very warming service and great view!

Ordered Scallops Crudo (didn't realised that Crudo meant raw) as appetiser, sea bass and cod as main and also had the Baileys & Hazelnut Feuillantine. Loved the fishes as it was properly done and fresh and the dessert helped to round up the meal. The only complain the lady had was that the scallop was raw but that was our fault for not finding out what Crudo meant. Service was good and the captain was gregarious and humorous. The place was packed even on a Monday evening, so it's probably not a place you want to go if you want a quiet evening with your partner. Nonetheless, we still had a great time there and do walk up to the 6th level to take in the city view.

Had a memorable National Day Lunch at The Aura. Great food, good service and nice ambience. Will definitely recommend this place to relatives and friends👍

Ideal location, good ambiance, friendly staff...just the food didn't cut it...Lighting could have been better planned too. Probably worth a second visit, as it may have been an unlucky menu choice?

Their Food was really good but the service... Hmmmm... Not so.... Good.... Overall it was great but might not revisit. Good for one time try.

Greeting at the entrance was nice but service was often slow and the waiters were talking more than observing or working on occasion. Food was beautifully plated but lacked flavor and did not appear to be cooked with love. Wonderful setting.

The weekend brunch menu is very good. Have gone back for it on at least 3 occasions and still find it very enjoyable. It has a good selection of pasta and meat dishes that should cater to most people's taste. Good food and attentive service.

Unfortunately one the recommendations was very disappointing. The pork cutlet had an over powering taste of the oil and batter. Overall food and service was good.

Terrible service, will not be back even though the food was good. Really offensive waiter ruined our night and claimed that a bottle of wine would only serve 5, and proceeded to push the sale of another to serve the 6th person. Even the plates were dumped on the table without any care and no bread was served (until requested) even though olive oil and balsamic vinegar had been poured. Truly terrible experience.

Lovely ambience and great service. Food was good albeit a tad salty. The starters were great especially the scallops with a sprinkle of truffle oil and poached egg. The pasta with duck and foie gras was superb. Not pricey if you consider the amount of food we had and the 2 bottles of wine. Will definitely go again.

The food, the ambiance, and the service were excellent! This was the perfect place for an elegant lunch. My friend and I very much enjoyed ourselves and will likely return. I can highly recommend it!

Food was good. Great wine list but they were a little pricy. Lovely deco but too much noise bouncing around the walls/ glass panels. Perhaps something to absorb the noise. Good service.

Acoustics terrible. Noise levels unbearable and spoils the atmosphere. Shouting to speak to the waiter is ridiculous. Not the environment that is expected of a restaurant at this price level. Food was average in taste. But too expensive for what it is.

great serene ambience here at aura. the 32++ lunch set was well worth the price with the soup, pasta, pineapple cake (SO GOOD) and the coffee/tea + hazelnuts. i hope aura refreshes the lunch menu every now and then, and even provide 1-2 more choices for diners. thank you!

It was a nice ambience but it was too noisy during the lunch crowd. Food was tasty but today coffee did not serve with the hazel nut.

Service is amazing. Food was good. Worh the price. A special thanks for the staff who made sure our glasses were never empty and the chefs who gave us delicious foods. I was celebrating my friend's bday and it was very much enjoyable.

Waiter, Mr. Syafii served us politely, with clear recommendation of their food. He is jovial which made our dining more enjoyable. The food is a bit salty to us.

Great food, good service. Only advice is don't confuse Aura restaurant with Aura lounge as the restaurant does not share the same view over the padang.

The food was pretty good. Service was inconsistent. One staff was really polite and warm whilst the others were just indifferent and clueless. GreAt view ana the pricing is reasonable.

Was a bit put off when the staff told us to come back at 6:30pm as the kitchen was closed when it was 6:15pm and didn't apologise. But enjoyed the food and service provided by a Malay waiter who was on duty on 21 Jun 16, as he offered me a stool when he saw that my bag was on my lap.

Excellent customer service, but the food can be improved on. There were 5 of us and we ordered 5 mains and two starters. The beef carpaccio and parma ham was okay... Nothing outstanding about it. Out of the 5 mains, only the beef was amazing! The rest were lacklustre and overcooked.

One of our tajima steak was a little too rare and there were too many tendons. Other than that, the food was fantastic. But waiters didnt bother to ask us how was the dinner.

I ordered set lunch which comes with pumpkin soup, main dish, dessert & tea. Apparently the soup was cold when served, will be better if it is warm. Main dish & dessert are nice. Great view from the restaurant. Service not fantastic as the staff did not explain that to order fish for main dish there is an additional $12 charge on top of the $32.

Certain dishes like trofie with truffle pesto and prawns and scallops crudo were 'hit and miss', while the deserts and soups were pretty tasty. Decor was stylish but the way the acoustics were set up made it too noisy and distracting for a fine dining experience. A mixed bag overall.

One of the best views in Singapore . Very pleasant and easy to access rooftop bar. The sky lounge was full , even on a Tuesday evening. Good food and good service.

Good service but food was a let down. Wine was incredibly pricey even by Singapore standards. Restaurant area does not have a view which is a shame.
