we have a big group of 14 pax’s. Hence we emailed our main course orders to them so that they can make preparation and reduce our wait time. the moment we are seated, they served the main course without even taking our drinks order. They did not even consider to take the main course back and expected us to just eat first. Not even an apology from the manager who was serving us. Totally disappointed with the service!

The restaurant is nice but a bit dark considering we were there at around 6 pm. We were not attended immediately by the service staff since arrival and need to wait a while before someone attend to us and bring us to the table. Other than that, i think it's a decent restaurant with nice food. Just a little pricey.

The sofa dining area is cozy but the chair is too low for main course i.e. pasta dishes - The in-house music could be slightly lower as we have some difficulty in hearing each other. Otherwise , the excellent food, and cozy ambience. Good choice!

Staffs are not attentive to customers, press the bell but nobody respond, wave to every staffs that came by near our table, nobody look at us. Due to understaffed situation, all staffs are unfriendly and impatient
