Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday there. Really loved the ambience, and it is perfect for date night. Service was really prompt and attentive. The food was also good, and prices very reasonable. We really enjoyed our time there, and definitely will patronize many more times in future.

It is not too crowded for weekday and the food is consistent. The soba salad is served very fast and good.

Everything was great except for the attitude of one chubby waitress. My friend was taking photos of the tea which was supposed to be placed on the side table, but our orders weren't served yet so she shifted it to the main table. When the food was out, the waitress had a very annoying face and raised her voice to ask if my friend could shift the tea back quickly so she can put the food down. Moreover, I can make sure that we didn't let her to wait for more than 2 mins, we started shifting the tea back right after she appeared. I understand that you may have a hard day at work, but please be aware that you're still at work and have to be in a professional manner.

Quite a packed restaurant considering that we went on a weekday evening. Nonetheless, the food was good and the service was rather efficient.

Tables are very small. Not too ideal for dinner as they served the dishes shortly after another. Not enough space on the table. Food was good. They also don't serve plain water, which is disappointing. It's pretty pricey to dine there so I would expect to have plain water available.

Not worth the money spent for the high tea...variety is limited

The food was a bit pricey for the standard (ate some pasta that is no longer on the menu). The lychee tea was nice and special. The ambience was good, with a good view of town. Overall, would recommend to try at least once when you are feeling a bit rich for the day.

Spent my birthday there and the staff went out of their way to get me the table I wanted. The ambience and settings of the restaurant was just lovely. Food was delicious! Totally recommend the ribeye steak and lamb rack. Their famous lychee tea is nice also. But the gelato flavours could have been better.
