Environment was very good. Love the tea! But the one who took our order made a mistake. My friend and I ordered $38++/pax Deluxe Teasery each. After we ate, we both were still hungry. Normally I went high tea or afternoon tea, I cannot finish the set. But come to my surprise the order was way too little. After we made payment, I took the receipt and see, it was only charged for 1 pax of Deluxe Teasery. No wonder! At first, when I order my set I selected the oyster to be bake with cheese. Then I ask my friend what is her choice. The waitress told us that we can only choose one. Then I thought we can only choose the same for both deluxe teasery. I believe it is very obvious that we wanted 2 DELUXE TEASERY. The waitress did not make sure our order and I assumed was correct. My friend also don't quite understand when the waitress said one of the tea set is ala carte.

Great restaurant and perfect ambience. I was with my friends and it was the best place to be. You can have good food, service and tea.

Went there on a sunday afternoon and the service was really slow. We had a hard time waiting for our food to arrive. We came in at 3.30pm and ordered and waited for food to arrive at 4.20pm. The drinks were great and the food are average at best, nothing really good worth mentioning. Ambience is great too.

Staff was very helpful to cater to my additional guest who joined me later, helping me move to a cozy and comfortable table fo continue to enjoy our high tea. Thank you Staff Jia hui and her colleague.

Went on a Monday noon & to our surprise, the place was ard 70-80% full. It’s a very pretty place I must say. We ordered the Deluxe Teasery. I found the savories pretty good, but the sweets a little too sweet for my liking (well, to be fair, I have always favored savories over sweets). The thing that impressed me the most was their dessert tea. Both my friend and I ordered “Lady Yang” (iced lychee tea with lychee gelato, which we both thought was sorbet), and found it very refreshing. 1 of it came with Green tea cookies, while the other came with biscotti. I found it really thoughtful of them as they bothered to give us different cookies to try. Service wise, they are a warm and friendly bunch. It was a pity that they are very understaffed, to the extend that we had to go get our own baby chair, or walk up to the staff to ask for certain things. It was very difficult to get their attention as all of them were very busy. Not the staff’s fault, but I hope the management can seriously look into this problem, as I am sure a lot of people went there for the atmosphere, probably looking forward to a taitai hightea experience. Overall still a pretty good experience. I will be back for their dessert tea, and most probably try heir ala Carte items.

Food was decent, decor was good. Service was good, I liked the idea of a call button for service, made it easy to get attention of the server.

It was a weekday and not many customers around but service was very slow and it seems like the restaurant is very short handed. That aside, food is still good.

Service was good. Ambience was nice. Had the squid ink spaghetti and duck confit toast which were all good. Also had the lychee tea which was really refreshing.

Presentation for tea and coffee is very good. Makes it a pleasure to drink it. Salted egg yoke pasta was quite blend. Food can be better.

Nice food, nice ambience! But I find the food served should be hotter especially the lobster and oyster that was layered with cheese. Aircon can be colder too.

Nice ambience to dine-in, main dishes are delicious, signature teasery is not delicious at all, order only if you want a worthy ig photo. Seems short-handed with staff unwillingly serve us and slamming plates on the table.

Food was nice (high tea) but amount was little for the price paid. The place was rather warm and stuffy on a hot afternoon. At first we were given window seats which were very nice (long windows), but after a while, we had to shift to the seats inside simply because the hot sun was shining directly on us.

A Quiet and comfortable environment.. A good place for gathering and chill with friends and family. The food is good and the tea is refreshing

The restaurant’s junior serving crew were not that well trained, and I think the more supposedly senior ones were better ( dressed in black). The hi-tea set was not fantastic but the ambience is nice. We tried the quesadilla & liked it!

Pleasant dining experience:). All the staff are customer-oriented goals and well groom. Price can be a bit steep. Nevertheless, we enjoy the ambience. Maybe can add soothing songs to increase the mood of the dining experience.

Food is awesome, ambience is worth. I like the high tea set meals. Especially, the cheese oyster, cheese lobster tail and not forgetting the otah lobster head.

Food and drinks were displayed beautifully. Waiter didn’t seem to be very familiar with dishes and didn’t even know the soup of the day.... but he was friendly enough! Overall not a bad place for a meal, ambiance was nice and food tasted good.

Nice ambience and I love their pomelo tea! The staff are attentive and prompt! Will definitely visit again and hope to be able to sit at the sofa area. :)

Nice restaurant for gathering and chit chat. The Waiters and Waitress are helpful and fast respond on your request. Food are delicious, nice deco and slightly costly, but overall I feel it’s worth for money. 👍
