Nice atmosphere , nice cakes .. we loved it so much

Good cosy place for chatting and relaxing Waiting time for food was a bit longer than usual. Food was decent however doesn’t seem to live up to its fancy names.

Overall food is nice and the environment is cozy .

Beautiful setting, delicious and quality food. We had the seafood high tea on a weekend and although servings were dainty, did was of high quality. I would go back again.

I have been to this restaurant several times. The food is great, atmosphere is welcoming. Seats are comfortable that makes you not want to leave. But the waiters and waitress could be more pleasant. It doesn’t take much effort to smile. Customer relation could be much better. Some of them look grumpy and unhappy about their job.

Ordered Iced Lychee Tea / Pear Tea / Seafood hi-tea set / Milk tea lava cake Food quality : It was superb and yummy! Service : Despite being relatively packed, we got all the attention needed and orders came promptly. Environment / Ambience : Was slightly warm but manageable. Interior was nice and cuch seats were comfortable. Overall : Not the most affordable hi-tea but worth another visit! Will be back.

Went there for the Luscious Seafood Afternoon Tea set. The afternoon tea was served as 3 course, we had mini seafood platters (served using afternoon tea tray), lobster and oyster as main, and some mini desserts. The food was acceptable although I think the lobster was not very fresh, it was slightly rubbery and hard to chew. We also ordered additional dessert Thai Tea Lava Cake which was good. Overall, it was a nice place to hang out with your girls.

The food was delicious but staffs were cold and unhelpful. When we asked for changing table because the table besides us was too noisy, they rejected when numbers of available table are many.

It has a classical setting and the menu is quite unique if you wish to seek a light meal at a restaurant where the customers appreciate quality.

Very bad customer service as compare to PS branch. Staff wasn’t helpful in attending to us. Very disappointed. I’ll not return here again, would rather visit the PS outlet.

Expensive but I love their hot ginger spiced tea. Their afternoon tea set is very good and worth it too. Would recommend everyone to try!

Overall experience was fine, the place the services were not bad however for the food wise, I think they are better at preparing western menu, Asia food delight don't really meet the standard. Their tea were good, especially like the cold lychee tea.

The ambience and the tea is good just that the price of the food is on the high side. Service is good but abit slow as I guess they are understaffed.

We are being told tea can be refilled, however when we ask for a refill, waitress told us fruit tea cannot!!! We asked 1 of the waitress on the difference of $38 & $48 hi tea set, she is unable to explain!!!

the restaurant provide good service and excellent food. Nice ambiance. Good for gathering and catch up with friends. Held my Bridesmaids meeting there 4days before my wedding and the ladies love it.

Oven broke down so lobster was not available. Steak was unevenly cooked and despite the kitchen replaced a new serving, the 2nd serving was not any better. Chili prawn pasta was ok.

Delicious tea (i tried the camomile collagen added tea) and yummy food. I went with 3 friend and all agreed food and drinks were great.

Not that great..but to be fair, ambience is definitely is a winner. Service is slow and food is not up to expectations..I will not come back nor will recommend this place..

My second visit for their seafood high tea. But today’s lobster overcooked. Very dry yet the chief still serve it. 🤦‍♀️ Can try their champagne ice cream tea. Yummy

Food was good as expected. The range of tea is wide enough for us to have slight difficulty in deciding. Just be aware drinking water will not be served.
