Absolutely terrible. I would have chosen 0 star if given a choice. Even with the Amex 50% off, this is not at all worth any cents. The prawn "bisque" was watery and bland. A bowl of prawn noodle soup from any hawker centre would have tasted better. The crab cake has a weird taste to it. The salted egg yolk capellini has no salted egg yolk taste at all and it was bland. Arugula was used to garnished every dish, even the soup. Basically, it seemed like an arugula meal for my wife and myself. The only thing that was of restaurant standard was the lavender panna cotta, not that it's a really good panna cotta (cos it was too stiff and not jiggly enough) but probably only because that was the only dish that had enough taste and flavour. We left the restaurant feeling frustrated despite the 50% off.

We had yummy food from the weekday lunch menu. generous Duck confit and the fried chicken sausage wrapped in mash potato with a cheese sauce is surprisingly delicious. friendly staff helps!

Good service and nice & relaxing ambient. Reasonable price after discount using the Amex Platinum/Love Dining discount. Creative menu, great presentation and food taste good. Wide variety of choices for tea.

Good food and ambience. Service was good as well. The waiters and waitresses were attentive. Famous for their tea which was very good too. Will be back

Young male service staff was very polite, helpful and responsive. Ambience was ok as it was not crowded on that noon. Menu can be improved with more palatable choices.

the food is nice, environment is good and service is perfect, will go there again for the nice food, i like it very much.. lol

the ambience was lovely. we got a double teasery, generous helpings of smoked salmon, but somewhat lacklustre sweets. french rose tea is really fragrant!

Tea set pretty tasty but too small. Atmosphere was very nice, staff were polite and sincere. Had a good time there with my friends in all.

Nice ambience and deco.. A weekday afternoon is good for gatherings as place is relatively empty. Food was served rather fast and their signature high tea set was pretty affordable. Highly recommend their pomelo tea.

The food was very tasty and Artistiq-ly displayed. Staff were pleasant and quick to meet our needs! Awesome service! Lovely ambience and discovered a place we can art jam in future!

Food was average and service was extremely slow. Took more than 15 mins for a tra to be served. Overall not a very good experience!

Brunch was considered ok but the tea was really good with a different tinge of cookies served at the side, with surprising flavour indeed! Great!

Menu could have be better. Staff was helpful.. and I realised using a particular credit card does entitled some discount but was not informed.. it would be great to inform customers I feel.

Good ambience but was a little disappointed with the small selection of mains. Would have been better if the server could have made some recommendations on the food choices. Love the lychee tea though!

The food took some time to be served. Overall, food and beverages ordered were good, though the spicy cookie served with the tea was an acquired taste. Service staff were friendly. Will be back again.

Been to Arteastiq serveral time. A nice place to chill with your Best Friend. Food: Quite expensive Staff: can be more attentive and smile more.

It has a fabulous ambience and fortunately the afternoon sun was gentle yesterday. Can't imagine it would be like on a hot day. While the seats are cosy, the UV rays deterred spending long hours there.

Nice ambience, food portion a bit smal but great teas! Really enjoyed the lychee tea that I ordered. There was also interesting flavoured biscuits that came with the tea.

Good quality food with some artistic feel. Ambience at the Plaza Singapura branch is quiet and cosy. Seated by the window but it would be good if the management could consider a night curtain to block direct sunlight. Feels hot during the afternoon sun. Overall service is good but they forgotten to replenish their moscato so i got the Seafood High Tea Set for 2 with 1 wine and 1 moscato. I would like to highlight one area whereby one of the staff served our drinks with a disposal gloves. Not sure if she is handling some trash and it is not hygenic. Overall my money is worth spending !

Good service, good food and good environment .The lychee cold tea, squid ink linguine with Octopus ，mango strudel, wagyu ribeye . Holy recommended! All must try

We enjoyed the seafood high tea for 2 person. The food was displayed very beautifully and the place is nicely decorated. The service was good too.

There is Limited menu. Serving Portion is small, perhaps could be more. Tea is good and refreshing. Staff is courteous. Ambience is unique and good for conversation.

The environment was nice and staffs are very friendly and helpful although they are very busy. Would like to book for window seat next time :)

Nice ambience and presentation of food. The restaurant was short of waiting staff, the waitress seemed overwhelmed and distracted. We asked for the menu but she forgot to bring it to us. She also walked away while in the midst of taking our orders.

Nice ambience for catch up. Love the tea and the cookie alot!! Ordered double teasury and chicken with waffle to try. It would be better if the chicken has lesser fats.

Nice ambiance, cozy place, a great cafe to chill out with. Had their afternoon tea set, it was delicious and also their pear tea is fantastic!

Food was much better than the previous time I was there. The salmon wellington and crab cake benedict were the better dishes. Teas were overpriced though.

A pleasant experience. The staff were helpful, and the food was very good. We were allocated to a window seat with a night view, and that made our dinner even more pleasant. We will be back again.

Quite good food be they sometimes use the microwave to heat up your food.. that is really disappointing, eating microwaves food and paying the high prices...

The ambience was very good and the decor also attractive. Good place for chatting among friends. The food was way below average and the kitchen team was talking all the way.

I was kinda sad that there was no hazelnut drinks available but the food, atmosphere and service was great! Will definitely be back again next time.

I think there's a change of food menu. Last time got chicken waffles and salted egg spaghetti. This time i cannot find it in the menu. Hope it can be included in the menu again.

There was a wide selection of teas that were artistically combined with cookies. The mains were nicely plated. Overall, pleasing to the eyes and tastebuds.

The ambience at Dhoby Ghaut outlet was nice. We ordered the set menu which is of small bits and come with a pot of tea. Set meal value wise not impressive though the way the food was arranged was impressive. The service staff was attentive. It was however disappointing the online reservation I made via Quandoo could not be found. I'd called earlier to find the location as the website address did not indicate which floor the restaurant was at. The service staff then informed me there was no record of my online reservation but nevertheless she took my request and reserved a corner seat for 4 as requested. Quandoo needs to improve & communicate the online reservation to Arteastiq.

Cozy environment but food just average. Service was Ok, not as bad as what I've heard. Love the wide selection of tea. A good place to relax with friends or family.

Not sure if quandoo did actually made the booking. Reservation made but not recorded down. No point booking one of the staff is unfriendly but the rest are fine. Dinner menu changed and not updated. But overall the food wasnt so bad. Just that the restaurant processes can be done better.

We had Good food and ambience! I love their exquisite iced lychee tea and their set menu. Their service is prompt and definitely worth the visit again!

The food was great but unfortunately, the service was slightly frustrating. The place was not crowded but it could be that the preparation of the intricate tea takes up a lot of time of the waitresses and so they don't have time to service the customers at the tables. They were too busy preparing the tea to take our orders, explain how the brunch set meal works and to serve the dessert at the end. It was very hard to understand how the brunch set meal works. And the waitresses were all too busy to explain in detail to us. So it was a trial and error experience for us as the wrong orders were taken as a result as they misunderstood what we want and we misunderstood how the set meal works.

It was my first time dining there..very nice place and fast service despite being really busy..the food are amazing and taste wise was amazing as well..definitely coming back again.

It was cosy & a great hangout place for ladies like us to gossip & laugh our hearts out ;) Next time shall try the art gallery.
