The hi-tea is value for money. The tomato soup and tiramisu are great. If you need a quiet afternoon to enjoy the scenery and have nice tea. Good place to go

Lack of manpower. Waited for quite sometime at the entrance before staff approached us. Food was good. However the call bell doesn't works when we called for bill.

Arteastiq is a lovely place for a girly catchup! Had dinner here with an ex-colleage. Nice ambience and decor, great assortment of tea/ drinks, food is pretty decent too.

Cosy and quiet ambience but the order taker/waitress service terrible. She was unfriendly and impatient when we tried to clarify some dishes in the menu. Food was not too bad nonetheless

We liked the appetizer with foi gras (panini morsi). A generous amount of foi gras. For the main course, the Boston Love boat was interesting in terms of the tomato-based soup. However, the pastry covering was a bit too 'doughy' - not as flaky as what used to be served in the now defunct Country Manna restaurant. The other main dish, salted egg yolk capellini (Symphony from the East) was an interesting fusion dish, with thai basil. The salted egg cream was just right, not too overwhelming, but with salted egg to feel satisfying. Finally, the dessert we chose, the professional, despite the fanciful name, was basically a tiramisu. Pleasant, and sufficient moist - though sadly not with alcohol. Overall a pleasant meal, esp with a coupon which entitled us to 20% discount. The only slight flaw in the experience was that the waitress who did our bill told us after the dinner the discount did not cover the set - when we were told explicitly by another waiter that it did. However, this was settled and the discount was given. (The coupon explicitly stated dinner set)

Ambience is great. It's really a must to make reservation. There's seems to have shortage of manpower during peak hours.. My friends and myself had enjoyed the dinner..

Went for dinner on 24 nov, place was quiet and ambience was nice. Service staff seemed pretty unapproachable and curt. Not rude, but just seem unfriendly because staff were mostly not smiling the whole time we were there. Responses were very one-word without any elaborations when asked about recommendations. Also, proper table setting would have been a nice touch given the pleasing interior design, but we were met with a disappointing bunch of cutlery placed haphazardly on the table instead of being properly placed Not any fault of the restaurant, but would have appreciated better table manners from other customers too (baby toys rattling loudly, loud conversations, poor dressing in a nice restaurant).

Had dinner here on a Friday night. Quieter ambience compared to other restaurants in the mall. The food was good and the presentation was nice! In general a pleasant experience.

Nice quiet ambience. Staff not all aware of entertainer app promotion, gave conflicting information ie 1 staff said that 3 pax could use 2 (1 -for-1 main course) vouchers and that those vouchers were valid for anything on the menu e.g. Starters / desserts as well. Another staff said only 1 voucher could be used for a party of 3 and it was only valid for main courses.

Service was very slow. And the wait staff consistently got our orders wrong. We ordered the tea set but my tea only arrived at the end of the meal. Plus when we called for the check, it took very long, and included our incorrect orders. Food was not great.

Service staffs were helpful as we had a baby in our group, and our "baby" needs such as washing pacifier when it dropped on the floor, were met with friendly smiles.

Booking through quandoo was a breeze, esp when no one picked up the phone when I called Arteastique a few times. There were two of us and we ordered Signature Teasery, which was lovely.

There were only 2 waiters throughout my entire time there. Though it was a weekday dinner, the service was slow.. Even when there were only 3 tables occupied initially, it took some time before we could take our order. The food was disappointing for the price. The sweet potato fries were left out in the open too long it wasn't crispy. The risotto was tasteless. The only decent thing about the dinner was the fish. The tea was good though. I guess people who visit the cafe are there only for the tea. It'll be our first and last time to this cafe.

the ambience was good, the food was really nice, but alittle short of man power. The staff was alittle too busy to cater the crowd. The table setting was only nice at the sofa part, no doubt I make booking, but I didnt get the chance to sit there. The gap between 2 table are too near. We can hear what the other table is talking.

Loved the tea, but service was very, very slow. It seemed they forgot about our order, and we had to remind them (after they brought us the wrong order). Their system of `pagers' to call waiters didn't work very well either, as the staff never knew which table had called them

Nice place and ambience. Lunch set was few dollars cheaper than normal menu and comes with free tea. Overall excellent for location. And food is good too. The green tea latte however tastes more of milk than green tea and was on the sweeter end.

This place has a beautiful interior with decent choices for food and drinks, the only thing is that they have slow and poor customer service. It does affect the whole experience when the person serving you doesn't even smile and instead gives you this annoyed look.
