The food was amazing and staff was very friendly ❤️

Due to the Covid-19 situation, there weren't many patrons. Staff were very attentive and extremely friendly, fantastic view from the restaurant, delicious food with free flow of wine.

Great creations from Chef Andrea. Wonderful atmosphere and dedicated service.

The waiter who was serving on the outside from 7-8pm does not seem like he is happy to come to work. Not very hospitable. My wedding anniversary was not very pleasant because of that.

Not as great view. Was told restaurant will charge for consumption of outside cake? I had customised a cake, but was told only allowed to cut not consume. Bad experience.

The set lunch was great - Burratina was really nice. I wish they had better alternative options to the meat selections available but the "Impossible" meatball pasta was nice and spicy. Overall, a great experience; can't go wrong.

Booked the restaurant a week beforehand for my brother in law’s birthday. Told them when they called on the day to confirm that we would be having a few drinks on the deck pre dinner which was at 7pm. Arrived at 6.23pm only to be refused entry as opening was at 6.30pm (7mins). Anyway they must be either doing extremely well and don’t need the business or completely inefficient if they can’t accept paying guests 7mins before opening. After the cold reception we received at the lift lobby we decided to go elsewhere and spend our money. I won’t be going back or recommending this establishment.

Lack of man power. The guy In charged of my table wasn’t attentive and rude. Zero smile. No greeting nothing polite. Very different from My past visits. I signaled for him, he gave me a sign of 1 with his finger, like a teacher asking a kid to stay silent. No smile all the while. Not what I would expect from such a restaurant.

The manager was very professional, the food was good maybe for my taste missed some seasoning in the seafood salad .

The view is gorgeous and I love that it is not crowded. Been here multiple times. Somehow today, service was missing. Asked for wine menu but never came, couldn't get service staff either. Headed down to pick up buddies and decided to change venue instead..

Staffs were very friendly and ambience was good. Lunch crowd can be quite packed with business lunches. Food was good, especially the pasta. Lobster bisque was good too.

Zafferano had a nice ambiance and definitely a great view facing the Marina Promenade and CBD. Food was good too and service was fast! x

The set meal was of good value. Portions are decent sized. The service was prompt and friendly. Overall I am impressed and will return again.

Great service, food was good but nothing much to shout about. Dress code was restrictive, did not allow bermudas. But they provided pants to wear.

Restaurant is a bit tired. Always thr same menu more or less. Good wine selection but poor food selection. View is nice but nobodoy enjoys it. Not the same feelung as in London Zafferano

Cocktails to start were great and set the tone for the night. Great team really looked after us very well - Fizal did a great job for us - ask for him ... food and then music was great. Totally TOP evening!

Service was ok but I would love to have more interaction with the service staff ie: introduce the set lunch and key highlights/ingredients. My Atlantic cod was a little disappointing. So was the cauliflower soup

My friend and I had a memorable night at Zafferano, it has a good view to watch firework on national day. Also excellent service, smiling and sweat everywhere.

Nice ambience and view at the rooftop dining area. Had an amazing experience and loved the overall setting of the restaurant. Hope to be back again soon!
